POWIAT JAROSŁAWSKI/CENTRUM KSZTAŁCENIA ZAWODOWEGO I USTAWICZNEGO W JAROSŁAWIU

Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa jakości kształcenia w CKP w Jarosławiu (pow. Jarosławski), w tym wzmocnienie bazy edukacyjnej, dostosowanie oferty edukacyjnej do potrzeb regionalnego i lokalnego rynku pracy dla 240 uczniów oraz podniesienie kompetencji 24 nauczycieli (M) do 30.09.2015 r., co w dalszym okresie czasu umożliwi łatwiejsze przechodzenie młodzieży z etapu edukacji do sfery zawodowej. Grupę docelową stanowią: 1. Centrum Kształcenia Praktycznego [CKP] w Jarosławiu (plac syst. ośw prow kszt zawod), 2. 24 nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego i praktycznej nauki zawodu (24 M) zatrudnionych w CKP oraz 3. 240 uczniów kształcących się w CKP (240 M). Najważniejsze zadania w projekcie to: 1. Studia podyplomowe dla nauczycieli z zakresu Mechatronika i programowanie obrabiarek CNC w procesach wytwórczych 2. Szkolenia i kursy dla nauczycieli z zakresu związanego z nauczanym zawodem oraz 3. z zakresu związanego z zawodem planowanym do wprowadzenia; 4. Realizacja staży i praktyk dla uczniów CKP, 5. Szkolenia i kursy dla uczniów; 6. Doposażenie pracowni oraz 7. realizacja wycieczek do przedsiębiorców. Najważniejszymi rezultatami projektu będą: nabycie kwalifikacji i kompetencji do nauki planowanych do wprowadzenia zawodów w placówce oraz podniesienie kompetencji nauczycieli w ramach nauczanych już zawodów jak również doposażenie szkoły w samochód do nauki jazdy. Pozostałe rezultaty to zwiększenie szans uczniów na rynku pracy poprzez udział w szkoleniach i kursach, stażach i praktykach w zawodach deficytowych na rynku pracy (lokalnym i regionalnym). Wszystkie opisane wyżej formy wsparcia zastosowanie w projekcie wynikają z indywidualnie zdiagnozowanego zapotrzebowania CKP. Diagnoza została przygotowana przez placówkęi zatwierdzona przez organ prowadzący przed dnim złożenia wniosku. Wniosek zawiera konkluzje z ww diagnozy. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of education at the CKP in Jarosław (POW. Jarosławski), including strengthening the educational base, adapting the educational offer to the needs of the regional and local labour market for 240 pupils and raising the competences of 24 teachers (M) by 30.09.2015, which will enable young people to move from education to the professional sphere more easily. The target group shall be: 1. Centre of Practical Training [CKP] in Jaroslaw (Syst. prow occupation), 2. 24 vocational training and practical training teachers (24 M) employed in CKP and 3. 240 students enrolled in CKP (240 M). The most important tasks in the project are: 1. Postgraduate studies for teachers in the field of Mechatronics and programming of CNC machine tools in manufacturing processes 2. Training and courses for teachers in the field of professions taught and 3. in the field of professions planned to be introduced; 4. Implementation of internships and apprenticeships for CKP students, 5. Training and courses for pupils; 6. Retrofitting of the workshop and 7. implementation of trips to entrepreneurs. The most important results of the project will be: acquisition of qualifications and competences to learn planned to introduce professions in the institution and improve the competence of teachers in the professions already taught, as well as retrofitting the school with a driving car. Other results are increasing the chances of pupils on the labour market through participation in training and courses, traineeships and apprenticeships in labour market deficits (local and regional). All the forms of support described above are based on the individually diagnosed CKP demand. The diagnosis was prepared by the establishments approved by the managing authority before the day of submission of the application. The proposal contains conclusions of the above-mentioned diagnosis. (English)
