Cel główny projektu określono jako: "Podniesienie do 30.06.2018 kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy 560 w tym 296 K uczniów szkół z terenu gminy Potęgowo poprzez udział w kompleksowych formach wsparcia". Cel szczegółowy: "Podniesienie do 30.06.2018 kompetencji zawodowych 42 w tym 35 K nauczycieli szkół z terenu gminy Potęgowo poprzez udział w kompleksowych formach wsparcia". Grupę docelową projektu będą stanowili uczniowie (560 w tym 269K) następujących placówek: Szkoła Podstawowa w Potęgowie- łącznie uczniów 213 W tym 94 K- GD- 175 w tym 77 K Gimnazjum w Potęgowie- łącznie uczniów 131 W tym 66 K- GD- 105 w tym 52K Szkoła Podstawowa w Łupawie- łącznie uczniów 202 W tym 98 K- GD- 165 w tym 80 K Gimnazjum w Łupawie- łącznie uczniów 100 W tym 53 K- GD- 80 w tym 42K Szkoła Podstawowa w Skórowie- łącznie uczniów 44 W tym 23 K- GD- 35 w tym 18K Grupa docelowa otrzyma kompleksowe wsparcie w postaci dodatkowych zajęć z matematyki i zajęć naukowo- technicznych, j. angielskiego, zajęć komputerowych, warsztatów kształtujących kompetencje innowacyjności i kreatywności. Dodatkowo GD otrzyma wsparcie w postaci doradztwa edukacyjno zawodowego oraz zajęć dydaktyczno- wyrównawczych. Wsparciem w proj. zostaną objęci również nauczyciele 42 w tym 35 K, szkolenie dla nauczycieli będą ukierunkowane na podnoszenie ich kompetenc zawodowych. Wsparcie dla nauczycieli będzie powiązane z udzielonym wsparciem dla uczniów. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie wskazanych placówek w okresie od 01.09.2016 do 30.06.2018. Projekt będzie realizowany zgod z założeniami diagnozy przeprow. przed złożeniem wniosku o dofinans (XII 2015). Diagnoza została zatwierdzona przez organ prowadz- Zarządzenie nr 17/2016 Wójt Gm. Pot z dn 29.01.2016r. Formy wsparcia w projekcie uwzględniają indywid potrzeby rozw i eduk oraz możliwości psychofizyczne uczniów. Projekt ma charakter kompleksowy,uwzględnia kształtowanie jednocześnie wielu kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy. (Polish)

The main objective of the project was defined as: Raising to 30.06.2018 key competences necessary on the labour market 560 of which 296 K school pupils from Potęgowo municipality through participation in comprehensive forms of support. Specific objective: Raising to 30.06.2018 professional competences 42 of which 35 K school teachers from Potęgowo commune through participation in comprehensive forms of support. The project’s target group will be students (560 including 269K) of the following institutions: Primary school in Potęgowo- total pupils 213 of which 94 K-GD-175 of which 77 K Secondary School in Potęgów- total pupils 131 Including 66 K-GD-105 of which 52K Primary School in Łupava- total of students 202 Including 98 K-GD-165 courses including 80 K-School courses in Łupawa- total school 100 of which 53 K-GD- 80 including 42K Primary School in 42K Primary School in Poland – in total In addition, GD will receive support in the form of educational advice and teaching and compensatory classes. The project will also support teachers 42 of which 35 K, training for teachers will be aimed at raising their professional competences. Support for teachers will be linked to the support provided to pupils. The project will be implemented on the premises of designated facilities in the period from 01.09.2016 to 30.06.2018. The project will be implemented in accordance with the assumptions of the diagnosis of apology before submitting the application for funding (XII 2015). The diagnosis has been approved by the governing body- Regulation No. 17/2016 of the Head of Gm. Pot of dn 29.01.2016r. Forms of support in the project take into account individual needs of development and education and psychophysical capabilities of pupils. L’objectif principal du projet est défini comme suit: «Passer à 30.06.2018 les compétences clés nécessaires pour le marché du travail 560 dont 296 élèves K de la municipalité de Potęgowo grâce à la participation à des formes globales de soutien». Objectif spécifique: «Passant à 30.06.2018 les compétences professionnelles 42, y compris 35 enseignants scolaires de la municipalité de Potęgowo grâce à la participation à des formes globales de soutien». Le groupe cible du projet sera des étudiants (560 dont 269K) des établissements suivants: École primaire à Potęgow — un total de 213 élèves dont 94 K-GD- 175 y compris 77 K Secondary School à Potęgow- un total de 131 élèves dont 66 K-GD- 105 dont 52K Primaire à Łupawa- un total de 202 élèves dont 98 K-GD- 165 dont 80 K Secondary School à Łupawa- un total de 100 élèves dont 53 K-GD-80 dont 42K Primaire à Skórów- un total de 44 élèves 23 K-GD-35 dont 18K Le groupe cible recevra un soutien complet sous la forme de classes supplémentaires en mathématiques et en sciences et dans les classes techniques, les cours d’informatique, les classes d’anglais. En outre, GD bénéficiera d’un soutien sous la forme de conseils éducatifs et professionnels et de classes éducatives et compensatoires. Le projet sera également soutenu par 42 enseignants, dont 35 K, et la formation des enseignants sera axée sur l’amélioration de leurs compétences professionnelles. Le soutien aux enseignants sera lié à l’aide fournie aux étudiants. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans les locaux des établissements désignés au cours de la période allant du 1er septembre 2016 au 30 juin 2018. Le projet sera mis en œuvre conformément aux hypothèses du diagnostic avant de soumettre la demande de financement (XII 2015). Le diagnostic a été approuvé par l’autorité principale- Arrêté no 17/2016 du maire de Gm. Pot du 29.01.2016. Les formes de soutien au projet tiennent compte des besoins individuels en matière de développement et d’éducation et des capacités psychophysiques des étudiants. Le projet est complet et tient compte du développement de nombreuses compétences clés nécessaires sur le marché du travail en même temps. (French)
