Projekt skierowany jest 978 uczniów uczęszczających do 4 SP(Szkoła Podst. Nr2 w Sztumie,Szkoła Podst. w Czerninie,Szkoła Podst. w Gościszewie i Nowej Wsi) I 2 GIMN (Gimn Nr1 w Sztumie i Gimnazjum Nr 2 w Czerninie) prow. przez MiG Sztum oraz 114 n-li zatrudnionych w szkołach objętych projektem. Celem projektu: jest poprawa jakości kształcenia 978 uczniów poprzez zapewnienie kompleksowego wsparcia 4 SP i 2 GIMN prow. przez MiG Sztum. Działania zaplanowane w ramach kompleksowego wsparcia zostały poprzedzone na wszechstronnej diagnozie potrzeb rozwojowych zatwierdz. zarządz.Burmistrza MiG Sztum. Działania zaplanowane w projekcie: 1)org szkoleń dla 114 n-li w zakresie doskonalenia umiejętności w posługiwaniu się TIK oraz stosowania nowoczesnych metod i form pracy sprzyjających kształtowaniu i rozwij. kompetencji-kluczowych u 978 uczniów, 2)org. zaj. pozalekcyjnych dla 978 uczniów rozwijających kompetencje-kluczowe połączonych z zaj. wyjazdowymi do nowoczesnych centrów edukacji, 3)org. szkoleń dla 82 n-li w zakresie prowadzenia procesu indyw. pracy z 213 uczniami o SPE, 4)org. specj. zajęć dla 213 ze SPE, 5)utworzenie 2 SPINKA oraz org. doradztwa edukacyjno zawodowego dla 220 uczniów II i III klas gimnazjów. przy wykorzystaniu nowoczesnych pomocy dydaktycznych i narzędzi TIK w trakcie procesu kształcenia. W efekcie realizacji ww. działań 881 uczniów nabędzie kompetencje kluczowe, a 114 nauczycieli nabędzie kompetencje w zakresie posługiwania się TIK podczas pracy dydaktycznej oraz stosowania nowoczesnych metod i form pracy w trakcie procesu kształcenia uczniów.4 szkoły podstawowe oraz 2 gimnazja zostaną doposażone w nowoczesne pomoce dydaktyczne i sprzęt, dzięki czemu będą wykorzystywały TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych. 82 n-li nabędzie kwalifikacje do pracy z uczniami o SPE, w tym z uczniami niepełnosprawnymi, dzięki czemu 213 uczniów zwiększy swoje szanse rozwojowe. 220 uczniów zostanie objętych doradztwem edukacyjno-zawodowym. No.2 in Sztum,School Podst. in Czernin,School Podst. w Gościszewo i Nowa Village) I 2 GIMN (Gimn Nr1 in Sztum and Junior High School No.2 in black) by MiG Sztum and 114 n-li employed in the schools covered by the project. The aim of the project is to: is to improve the quality of education of 978 pupils by providing comprehensive support of 4 SP and 2 GIMN prow. by MiG Sztum. The activities planned as part of comprehensive support were preceded by a comprehensive diagnosis of development needs approval. order of the Mayor of MiG Sztum. Actions planned in the project: 1)org training for 114 n-li in the field of improving ICT skills and the use of modern methods and forms of work conducive to shaping and developing key competences in 978 pupils, 2)org. extracurricular activities for 978 students developing key competences connected with away to modern education centers, 3)org.org. As a result of these activities, 881 pupils will acquire key competences, and 114 teachers will acquire competence in the use of ICT during teaching work and using modern methods and forms of work during the pupil’s education process.4 primary schools and 2 secondary schools will be equipped with modern teaching aids and equipment, so that they will use ICT to conduct educational activities. 82 n-li will acquire qualifications to work with pupils with SPE, including students with disabilities, which will increase their development opportunities for 213 students. 220 pupils will receive educational and professional advice. Le projet s’adresse à 978 étudiants participant au 4ème SP(School Podst. N°2 à Sztum,School Podst. à Czernin,School Podst. in Gościszewo et Nowa Village) et 2nd Gymnasium (Gymn No 1 à Sztum et Gymnasium No 2 à Czernin) par MiG Sztum et 114 n-li employés dans les écoles couvertes par le projet. L’objectif du projet: est d’améliorer la qualité de l’éducation de 978 élèves en fournissant un soutien complet de 4 SP et 2 Gymn prow. par MiG Sztum. Les activités prévues dans le cadre de l’appui global ont été précédées d’un diagnostic complet des besoins de développement approuvé. Activités prévues dans le cadre du projet: 1)org de formation pour 114 n-li dans le domaine de l’amélioration des compétences dans l’utilisation des TIC et l’utilisation de méthodes et de formes de travail modernes propices à la formation et au développement de compétences clés chez 978 étudiants, 2) extrascolaires pour 978 étudiants développant des compétences clés combinées avec des classes sortantes dans des centres d’enseignement modernes, 3) formation pour 82 n-li dans le domaine de la conduite du travail indivisible avec 213 élèves avec SPE, 4)org. classes spéciales pour 213 de la SPE, 5)création de 2 SPINKA et conseil d’enseignement professionnel pour 220 élèves des deuxième et troisième classes du secondaire. Grâce aux activités susmentionnées, 881 élèves acquerront des compétences clés et 114 enseignants acquerront des compétences dans l’utilisation des TIC dans le cadre de l’enseignement et l’utilisation de méthodes et de formes de travail modernes pendant le processus d’éducation des élèves4. Les écoles primaires et 2 écoles secondaires seront équipées d’outils et d’équipements pédagogiques modernes, grâce auxquels ils utiliseront les TIC pour mener des activités éducatives. 82 n-li acquerront des qualifications pour travailler avec des étudiants ayant une SPE, y compris des étudiants handicapés, ce qui augmentera les chances de développement de 213 étudiants. 220 étudiants recevront des conseils éducatifs et professionnels.
