Celem projektu jest zagospodarowanie podziemi budynku przy Rynek 1 oraz podziemi i pomieszczeń budynku Muzeum Historii Miasta Przemyśla przy Rynek 9 i Serbańska 7, a także połączenie ich za pomocą łącznika podziemnego w celu nadania im nowej funkcji edukacyjnej, turystycznej, gospodarczej i stworzenie Podziemnej Trasy Turystycznej w Przemyślu wraz z przebudową północno – wschodniej części Rynku Starego Miasta - zabytkowego obszaru przestrzeni publicznej dla zaspokojenia potrzeb mieszkańców w zakresie stworzenia miejsca spotkań i integracji, miejsca wystawienniczego oraz organizacji wydarzeń kulturalno-turystycznych, podczas których mieszkańcy będą mogli aktywniej uczestniczyć w życiu publicznym oraz bardziej się integrować. Projekt przewiduje wykonanie niezbędnych prac budowlanych i instalacyjnych, wykonanie zabudowy dla instalacji multimedialnych i scenografii, montaż urządzeń multimedialnych z aplikacjami ukazującymi średniowieczną wielokulturową historię grodu nad Sanem.W wyniku realizacji projektu rewitalizacją zostanie objęty obszar 0,52 ha, Na obszarach objętych zintegrowanymi strategiami rozwoju obszarów miejskich zamieszkuje 16 982,00 osób. Projekt przewiduje wyremontowane na obszarach miejskich 1 676,20 m2 powierzchni użytkowej budynków publicznych (3 zabytkowych budynków - Rynek 1, Rynek 9, Serbańska 7 oraz zabytkowego obiektu podziemnego kolektora), przebudowę 3300 m2 północno-wschodniej części zabytkowego Rynku Starego Miasta. W wyniku prac zostanie również poprawiona efektywność energetyczna 1 budynku (Serbańska 7) wydajności efektywności energetycznej budynku[szt]. Projekt przewiduje również utworzenie 29,80 m2 powierzchni umożliwiającej działalności gospodarczej. W wyniku realizacji przewiduje się również wzrost zatrudnienia o 5 osób. Z budynków /obiektów objętych projektem w 2022 roku będzie korzystało 24 000 osób. Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Gmina Miejska Przemyśl natomiast partnerem jest Muzeum Narodowe Ziemi Przemyskiej w Przemyślu. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to develop the underground building at Market Square 1 and the underground and the premises of the Museum of the History of Przemyśl at Market Square 9 and Serbian 7, and to combine them with an underground link to give them a new educational, tourist, economic function and to create the Underground Tourist Route in Przemyśl, together with the reconstruction of the north-eastern part of the Old Town Square – a historic area of public space to satisfy the needs of locals in the area of meeting and integration events. The project provides for the execution of necessary construction and installation works, construction for multimedia installations and scenography, assembling multimedia devices with applications showing the medieval multicultural history of the castle on San.As a result of the project, the revitalisation area will be covered by the area of 0.52 ha, In the areas covered by integrated urban development strategies there are 16 982,00 people. The project envisages repaired in urban areas 1676.20 m² of usable public buildings (3 historic buildings – Market 1, Market 9, Serbian 7 and historic underground manifold facility), reconstruction of 3300 m² of north-eastern part of the historic Old Town Square. The work will also improve the energy efficiency of the 1 building (Serbian 7) the energy efficiency of the building[pieces]. The project also envisages the creation of 29.80 m² of space enabling economic activity. As a result of the implementation, employment is also expected to increase by 5 people. The buildings/objects covered by the project in 2022 will be used by 24,000 people. L’objectif du projet est de développer le sous-sol du bâtiment de Rynek 1 et les locaux souterrains et de construction du Musée d’histoire de la ville de Przemysl à Rynek 9 et Serbańska 7, et de les relier avec un lien souterrain pour leur donner une nouvelle fonction éducative, touristique, économique et de créer la route touristique souterraine à Przemyśl avec la reconstruction de la partie nord-est de la place de la Vieille-Ville — une zone historique d’espace public afin de répondre aux besoins des résidents en termes de création d’un site de rencontre et d’intégration, un site d’exposition et l’organisation d’événements culturels et touristiques, au cours desquels les résidents pourront participer plus activement à la vie publique et intégrer plus étroitement la vie publique. Le projet prévoit l’exécution des travaux de construction et d’installation nécessaires, la construction d’installations multimédias et de scénographie, l’installation de dispositifs multimédias avec des applications montrant l’histoire multiculturelle médiévale du château sur le Sanem. Le projet prévoit la rénovation dans les zones urbaines de 1 676,20 m² de bâtiments publics utilisables (3 bâtiments historiques — Rynek 1, Rynek 9, Serbańska 7 et le bâtiment collecteur souterrain historique), la reconstruction de 3 300 m² de la partie nord-est de la place historique de la vieille ville. Les travaux amélioreront également l’efficacité énergétique d’un bâtiment (Serban 7) de l’efficacité énergétique du bâtiment[pcs]. Le projet prévoit également la création d’espaces commerciaux de 29,80 m². En conséquence, l’emploi devrait également augmenter de 5 personnes. Les bâtiments/sites couverts par le projet seront utilisés par 24 000 personnes en 2022.
