La diffusion de l’esprit d’entreprendre auprès des étudiants de toutes disciplines et de tous niveaux et le développement des projets conduisant à la création d’entreprises issues de l’université sont des objectifs importants du projet stratégique des établissements du site de Strasbourg et de l’Université de Strasbourg notamment. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, l’Unistra a restructuré son pôle « Entrepreneuriat Etudiant » (PEE), capitalisant sur les projets et les équipes du PEPITE-ETENA, du projet Entrepreneurship Beyond Border (PIA 2), du projet Disrupt4.0 (PIA2) et d’un réseau de fablabs. Le recrutement d’un responsable de ce pôle est venu compléter le dispositif. Force est de constater qu’un handicap demeure pour le développement complet de la stratégie de développement de l’entrepreneuriat au sein de l’Unistra : l’absence de locaux et d’une infrastructure dédiée à l’équipe du PEE mais surtout aux porteurs de projets, sous la forme d’un espace de co-working. Cette absence de locaux rend difficile au développement et à la mise à l’échelle des activités de sensibilisation, de formation et surtout d’accompagnement effectués par le PEE. Le projet proposé consiste à créer des locaux dédiés à la diffusion de la culture entrepreneuriale, l’émergence de projets d’entreprises et de startups, l’accueil et l’hébergement de porteurs de projets… L’espace de co-working envisagé proposera une cinquantaine de postes de travail dans des espaces ouverts (un espace « résidence »de 80 m2, (French)

The dissemination of the spirit of entrepreneurship among students of all disciplines and levels and the development of projects leading to the creation of enterprises from the university are important objectives of the strategic project of the institutions of the Strasbourg site and of the University of Strasbourg in particular. To achieve these objectives, USATRA has restructured its Student Entrepreneurship (PEE) cluster, capitalising on the projects and teams of the PEPITE-ETENA, the Entrepreneurship Beyond Border (PIA 2) project, the Disrupt4.0 project (PIA2) and a network of fablabs. The recruitment of a head of this cluster has been completed. It must be noted that a disability remains for the full development of the entrepreneurship development strategy within the United States: the absence of premises and infrastructure dedicated to the EEP team but especially to project promoters, in the form of a co-working space. This lack of premises makes it difficult to develop and scale up awareness-raising, training and especially support activities carried out by the EEP. The proposed project consists of creating premises dedicated to the dissemination of entrepreneurial culture, the emergence of business and startup projects, the reception and hosting of project promoters... Die Verbreitung des Unternehmergeistes bei Studenten aller Fachrichtungen und auf allen Ebenen und die Entwicklung von Projekten, die zur Gründung von Unternehmen aus der Universität führen, sind wichtige Ziele des strategischen Projekts der Einrichtungen am Standort Straßburg und der Universität Straßburg. Um diese Ziele zu erreichen, hat das Unistra seinen Cluster „Entrepreneuriat Student“ (PEE) umstrukturiert und dabei Projekte und Teams von PEPITE-ETENA, dem Projekt Entrepreneurship Beyond Border (PIA 2), dem Disrupt4.0-Projekt (PIA2) und einem fablabs-Netzwerk unterstützt. Die Rekrutierung eines Leiters dieses Clusters hat das System ergänzt. Es muss festgestellt werden, dass für die umfassende Entwicklung der Strategie zur Entwicklung des Unternehmertums in der Unistra nach wie vor eine Behinderung besteht: das Fehlen von Räumlichkeiten und einer speziellen Infrastruktur für das EEP-Team, vor allem aber für die Projektträger in Form eines Co-Working-Raums. Das Fehlen von Räumlichkeiten erschwert die Entwicklung und Skalierung der vom EEP durchgeführten Sensibilisierungs-, Schulungs- und insbesondere flankierenden Maßnahmen. Das vorgeschlagene Projekt besteht in der Schaffung von Räumlichkeiten, die der Verbreitung der unternehmerischen Kultur, der Entstehung von Unternehmens- und Start-up-Projekten, der Aufnahme und Unterbringung von Projektträgern gewidmet sind...
