Projekt ma na celu poprawę warunków i usprawnienie funkcjonowania placówek oświatowych Gminy Niebylec poprzez wdrożenie kompleksowego systemu nowych e-usług. W kategoriach wymiernych realizacja inwestycji pozwoli na:a) dostosowanie istniejącej infrastruktury teleinformatycznej do poziomu niezbędnego dla uruchomienia e-usług publicznych (A2C) niezbędnych do funkcjonowania placówek oświatowych i CUW oraz b) stworzenie platformy z nowymi e-usługami publicznymi (A2C).W ramach projektu 12 placówek oświatowych w gminie Niebylec oraz Gminy Gminny Zespół Ekonomiczno – Administracyjny Szkół wdrożą zakres prac przewidziany w projekcie.Zakres prac przewidzianych do realizacji w ramach Projektu (zakres rzeczowy) obejmuje:- zakup infrastruktury sprzętowej i oprogramowania niezbędnego do uruchomienia systemu e-usług (komputerów przenośnych do realizacji projektu e-dziennik),- dostawę platformy e-usług (tj. serwera, serwera backupowego, niezbędnych licencji, przełącznika, system monitoringu, zasilania oraz szafy serwerowej) oraz- wdrożenie, testowanie i uruchomienie 4 szt. e-usług (typu A2C), w tym 2 na 3 poziomie dojrzałości i 2 na 5 poziomie dojrzałości, tj.: E-NABÓR (5 poziom dojrzałości, typ: A2C), E-PRZEDSZKOLE (5 poziom dojrzałości, typ: A2C), E-USPRAWIEDLIWIENIE (3 poziom dojrzałości, typ: A2C) oraz E-DZIENNIK (3 poziom dojrzałości, typ: A2C). Dzięki projektowi usługi umożliwią pełne załatwienie sprawy związanej z:- naborem do szkół i przedszkoli w gminie Niebylec, - z płatnością za przedszkole,- przekazaniem rodzicom i uczniom informacji o bieżących postępach w nauce,- dwukierunkową komunikację pomiędzy szkołą a rodzicem w kwestii usprawiedliwień nieobecności uczniów. The project aims to improve the conditions and improve the functioning of educational facilities of Niebylec Municipality through the implementation of a comprehensive system of new e-services. In terms of measurement, the implementation of the investment will allow:(a) to adapt the existing ICT infrastructure to the level necessary for the launch of public e-services (A2C) necessary for the functioning of educational establishments and CUW and b) the creation of a platform with new public e-services (A2C).As part of the project 12 services of the educational establishment in the municipality of Niebylec and the Municipality of the Municipality of the Economic – Administrative School will implement the scope of the work provided in the project. E-NABÓR (5 level of maturity, type: A2C), E-PRZEDSZKOLE (5 level of maturity, type: A2C), E-USINATION (3 level of maturity, type: A2C) and E-DAY (3 level of maturity, type: A2C). Thanks to the project, the services will allow full handling of:- recruitment for schools and kindergartens in Niebylec commune, – with payment for kindergarten,- to provide parents and pupils with information about current progress in learning,- two-way communication between school and parent regarding the justifications of the absence of pupils.
