Celem głównym projektu jest zakup usługi niezależnej jednostki naukowo badawczej polegającej na ocenie i analizie potencjału projektu B+R polegającego na opracowaniu narzędzia do badania konkurencyjności produktów turystycznych. Rezultaty opracowanej przez JNB usługi mają wesprzeć proces decyzyjny poprzez obiektywne i racjonalne określenie jego mocnych i słabych stron oraz możliwości i zagrożeń z nim związanych, zasobów, jakie będą niezbędne do realizacji projektu, oraz ocenę szans jego powodzenia. Analiza wykonalności będzie zawierać ocenę wykonalności planowanego badania oraz koncepcję i plan prowadzenia prac B+R. Celem strategicznym projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy na rynku krajowym. Wzrost konkurencyjności wnioskodawcy przyczyni się do rozwoju gospodarki Podkarpacia co jest zgodne z celami działania. Rozwiązanie to może w znaczącym stopniu przyczynić się do popularyzacji rozwiązań ICT w grupie docelowej. Z założenia powstała technologia ma pozytywnie wpływać na zrównoważony rozwój poprzez zastosowanie najnowszych technologii zgodnych z trendami Green IT. Przedmiot projektu nie wpływa negatywnie na równość kobiet i mężczyzn. Wyniki prac B+R nie będą dyskryminowały odbiorców ostatecznych prototypu systemu ze względu na płeć, rasę, wyznanie. Możliwość korzystania z systemów opartych na prototypie będą miały osoby o dysfunkcjach ruchowych a także innych niepełnosprawnościach. Również wybór wykonawcy usługi analizy wykonalności nie będzie dyskryminował ww. osób. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to purchase a service of an independent research unit consisting of evaluating and analysing the potential of the R & D project consisting of developing a tool for researching the competitiveness of tourism products. The results of the service developed by the JNB are intended to support the decision-making process through objective and rational identification of its strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and risks associated with it, the resources that will be necessary to implement the project, and assess the chances of its success. The feasibility analysis will include an assessment of the feasibility of the planned study and the concept and plan of R & D. The strategic goal of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company on the domestic market. Increasing the competitiveness of the applicant will contribute to the development of the Podkarpacie economy, which is in line with the objectives of the action. This solution can make a significant contribution to the popularisation of ICT solutions in the target group. As a result, the technology is intended to have a positive impact on sustainable development through the use of the latest technologies consistent with Green IT trends. The subject matter of the project does not adversely affect equality between men and women. The results of R & D work will not discriminate against final recipients of the prototype system based on gender, race, religion. People with motor dysfunctions and other disabilities will have the possibility to use prototype-based systems. The choice of the contractor of a feasibility analysis service shall not discriminate against the above-mentioned persons. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’acquérir le service d’une unité de recherche indépendante consistant à évaluer et à analyser le potentiel du projet de R & D pour développer un outil de recherche sur la compétitivité des produits touristiques. Les résultats des services de la JNB sont conçus pour soutenir le processus décisionnel en identifiant objectivement et rationnellement ses forces et ses faiblesses, les opportunités et les risques qui y sont associés, les ressources nécessaires à la mise en œuvre du projet et l’évaluation des perspectives de succès. L’étude de faisabilité comprendra une évaluation de la faisabilité de l’étude prévue ainsi que le concept et le plan de réalisation des travaux de R & D. L’objectif stratégique du projet est d’accroître la compétitivité de l’entreprise sur le marché intérieur. L’augmentation de la compétitivité de la requérante contribuera au développement de l’économie Podkarpackie, ce qui est conforme aux objectifs de l’action. Cette solution peut contribuer de manière significative à la vulgarisation des solutions TIC au sein du groupe cible. La technologie établie est destinée à avoir un impact positif sur le développement durable grâce à l’utilisation des dernières technologies conformes aux tendances de l’informatique verte. L’objet du projet ne porte pas atteinte à l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes. Les résultats des travaux de R & D ne seront pas discriminatoires à l’égard des bénéficiaires finaux du prototype de système en fonction du sexe, de la race et de la religion. Il sera possible d’utiliser des systèmes prototypes pour les personnes souffrant de dysfonctionnements moteurs ainsi que d’autres handicaps. La sélection du contractant pour le service d’étude de faisabilité ne sera pas non plus discriminatoire à l’égard des personnes susmentionnées. (French)
