Wnioskodawcą jest Gmina Szczuczyn. Inwestycja będzie realizowana w trybie "ZAPROJEKTUJ I WYBUDUJ" i obejmie: -Zaprojektowanie inwestycji i uzyskanie niezbędnych pozwoleń i decyzji -Budowa sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej w ul: Grunwaldzkiej, Granicznej, Szczuki, Sienkiewicza, Kilińskiego, Łomżyńskiej, Nadstawnej, Krzywej, Przelotowej, Sportowej -Przebudowa sieci wodociągowej w ul: Kilińskiego, Przelotowej, Krzywej, Sobieskiego, Łomżyńskiej. -Modernizacja SUW oraz 1 ujęcia wody -Modernizacja miejskiej oczyszczalni ścieków -Modernizacja istniejących przepompowni Strategicznym celem jest poprawa jakości środowiska naturalnego w szczególności wód i gleby na terenie aglomeracji Szczuczyn poprzez rozwój lokalnej gospodarki wodno – ściekowej. Cele bezpośrednie: - Uporządkowanie gospodarki ściekami na terenie aglomeracji Szczuczyn poprzez budowę infrastruktury kanalizacyjnej oraz rozwiązanie problemu odprowadzania ścieków do zbiorników bezodpływowych przez mieszkańców po zakończeniu realizacji projektu - Zapewnienie stałej produkcji wody wodociągowej mieszkańcom aglomeracji Szczuczyn o parametrach jakościowych zgodnych z przepisami prawa przez sieć wodociągową, stację uzdatniania wody i ujęcie wody w Szczuczynie - Zapewnienie sprawności istniejącego systemu oczyszczania ścieków w aglomeracji Szczuczyn Jest to projekt kompleksowy, gdyż w wyniku realizacji projektu aglomeracja będzie wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne systemy z zakresu gospodarki wodno - ściekowej. Wskaźniki rezultatu: -Liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego systemu oczyszczania ścieków – 738 osób Okres rzeczowej realizacji projektu: I kw 2020 - III kw 2023 Wartość całkowita projektu: 19 259 858,50 zł. The investment will be implemented in the “Design and Build” mode and will include: —Designing investments and obtaining the necessary permits and decisions -Construction of sanitary sewage system in ul.: Grunwaldzka, Border, Szczuki, Sienkiewicza, Kilińskiego, Łomżyńska, Na basena, Krzywa, passowa, Sportowa – Reconstruction of the water supply network in ul.: Kiliński, passing, Krzywa, Sobieski, Lomżyńska. —Modernisation of SUW and 1 water intakes -Modernisation of urban sewage treatment plant -Modernisation of existing pumping plants Strategic aim is to improve the quality of the natural environment in particular water and soil in the area of Szczuczyn agglomeration through the development of local water and sewage management. Direct objectives: — Organising wastewater management in the area of Szczuczyn agglomeration through the construction of sewage infrastructure and solving the problem of draining waste water into waste water tanks by residents after completion of the project – Providing constant production of water supply to residents of agglomeration Szczuczyn with quality parameters according to the regulations of the water supply network, the water treatment station and water intake in Szczuczyno will be necessary in order to ensure the efficiency of the existing system of treatment. Result indicators: —Number of additional persons benefiting from an improved sewage treatment system – 738 persons Period of material implementation of the project: I kw 2020 – III quarter 2023 Total value of the project: 19 259 858,50 PLN. La requérante est la municipalité de Szczuczyn. L’investissement sera réalisé en mode «provite AND Build» et comprendra: —Conception de l’investissement et obtention des autorisations et décisions nécessaires -Construction du réseau d’assainissement sanitaire en ul: Grunwaldzka, Border, Szczuki, Sienkiewicza, Kiliński, Łomżyńska, superstructure, Krzywa, croisière, Sportowa — Reconstruction du réseau d’approvisionnement en eau à ul: Kilinskiego, Flying, Krzywa, Sobieski, Łomżyńska. Modernisation des stations de pompage stratégiques existantes -Modernisation des stations de traitement des eaux urbaines résiduaires -Modernisation des stations de pompage stratégiques existantes vise à améliorer la qualité de l’environnement naturel, en particulier de l’eau et du sol de l’agglomération de Szczuczyn, en développant la gestion locale de l’eau et des eaux usées. Objectifs directs: — Commander la gestion des eaux usées dans l’agglomération de Szczuczyn par la construction d’infrastructures d’assainissement et résoudre le problème du rejet d’eaux usées dans des citernes exemptes de déchets par les résidents de l’agglomération de Šchuczyn après l’achèvement du projet — Assurer la production continue d’eau du robinet aux résidents de l’agglomération de Szczuczyn avec des paramètres de qualité conformément à la loi par l’intermédiaire d’un réseau d’approvisionnement en eau, d’une station de traitement de l’eau et d’une prise d’eau à Szczuczyn — Assurer l’efficacité du système de traitement des eaux usées existant dans l’agglomération de Szczuczyn, grâce à un réseau d’alimentation en eau, à une station de traitement des eaux et à une prise d’eau à Szczuczyn. Indicateurs de résultat: —Nombre de personnes supplémentaires utilisant le système amélioré de traitement des eaux usées — 738 personnes Période de mise en œuvre matérielle du projet: T1 2020 — T3 2023 Valeur totale du projet: 19 259 858,50 PLN.
