Projekt polega na zagospodarowaniu odpadów zawierających azbest. W ramach projektu zaplanowano: odbiór z posesji mieszkańców gminy, transport oraz unieszkodliwienie (poprzez składowanie na wysypisku) zdemontowanych pokryć dachowych zawierających azbest. Projekt nie obejmuje demontażu pokryć dachowych. Pokrycia zawierające azbest zostały już wcześniej zdemontowane. Celem ogólnym projektu jest podniesienie atrakcyjności gospodarczej regionu poprzez ochronę potencjału środowiska, w tym zdrowia ludzkiego. Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest zagospodarowanie odpadów azbestowych: odbiór odpadów z nieruchomości mieszkańców i unieszkodliwienie przez składowanie na wysypisku. Grupą docelową realizacji projektu (beneficjentami ostatecznymi) są przede wszystkim mieszkańcy gminy. Projekt nie ma charakteru infrastrukturalnego, nie wymaga pozwolenia na budowę, ani zgłoszenia budowlanego. Wykonawca prac musi jedynie na 7 dni przed rozpoczęciem dokonać zgłoszenia przystąpienia do prac polegających na zabezpieczaniu lub usunięciu wyrobów zawierających azbest (właściwemu organowi nadzoru budowlanego, właściwemu okręgowemu inspektorowi pracy oraz właściwemu państwowemu inspektorowi sanitarnemu). Nie są także konieczne stosowne zaświadczenia dot. Natury 2000 oraz dot. wpływu projektu na jakość wód. Projekt jest gotowy do realizacji. The project consists of the management of waste containing asbestos. The project plans to: reception from the premises of residents of the commune, transport and disposal (by storage on the landfill) of dismantled roof coverings containing asbestos. The project does not include the dismantling of roof coverings. Asbestos-containing covers have already been dismantled. The overall objective of the project is to increase the economic attractiveness of the region by protecting the potential of the environment, including human health. The direct objective of the project is to manage asbestos waste: collection of waste from the property of residents and disposal by landfill. The project’s target group (final beneficiaries) are mainly residents of the municipality. The project is not infrastructural, does not require a construction permit or a construction application. The contractor must only 7 days before the commencement of the declaration of accession to the work of securing or removing products containing asbestos (the competent construction authority, the competent district labour inspector and the competent state health inspector). Nor are the relevant certificates necessary. Nature 2000 and the impact of the project on water quality. The project is ready to be implemented. The following indicators will be achieved as a result of the project: Product index – weight of withdrawn and conditioned products containing asbestos – 297,53 Mg. (English)

Le projet porte sur la gestion des déchets contenant de l’amiante. Dans le cadre du projet: enlèvement de la propriété des résidents de la municipalité, transport et élimination (par mise en décharge) des revêtements de toiture démantelés contenant de l’amiante. Le projet n’inclut pas le démantèlement des toitures. Des revêtements contenant de l’amiante ont déjà été démontés. L’objectif général du projet est d’accroître l’attractivité économique de la région en protégeant le potentiel de l’environnement, y compris la santé humaine. L’objectif direct du projet est de gérer les déchets d’amiante: collecte des déchets des propriétés des résidents et élimination en décharge. Le groupe cible pour la mise en œuvre du projet (bénéficiaires finaux) est principalement les résidents de la municipalité. Le projet n’est pas de nature infrastructurelle, n’exige pas de permis de construire ou de déclaration de construction. Le contractant ne doit présenter une déclaration que 7 jours avant le début des travaux de sécurisation ou d’enlèvement des produits contenant de l’amiante (l’autorité compétente de contrôle de la construction, l’inspecteur du travail de district compétent et l’inspecteur national de la santé compétent). Les certificats correspondants ne sont pas non plus nécessaires. Nature 2000 et l’impact du projet sur la qualité de l’eau. Le projet est prêt à être mis en œuvre.
