Celem ogólnym projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku szkoły podstawowej w miejscowości Poryte-Jabłoń oraz poprawa czystości powietrza w Gminie Zambrów poprzez redukcję emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery i zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację działań bezpośrednich, które zostały określone następująco: 1.Efektywne wykorzystanie energii cieplnej; 2.Obniżenie kosztów ogrzewania szkoły; 3.Wykorzystanie energii pochodzącej ze źródeł odnawialnych; 4.Poprawę warunków użytkowania obiektu poprzez instalację wymienników powietrza dolotowo-wyciągowych z rekuperatorami ciepła. Korzyści wynikające z realizacji projektu: - zwiększenie komfortu użytkowania szkoły, - wzrost efektywności zużycia energii cieplnej i elektrycznej, - ograniczenie emisji gazów i pyłów do atmosfery, Zmniejszone kosztu ogrzewania budynku: - wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii, - propagowanie działań na rzecz ochrony środowiska, kreowanie postaw ekologicznych, - zwiększenie atrakcyjności ekologicznej regionu. Zakres prac termomodernizacyjnych: - ocieplenie stropu nad ostatnią kondygnacją, - prace termomodernizacyjne ścian piwnic wraz z wymianą stolarki okiennej, - prace termomodernizacyjne ścian nadziemia wraz z wymianą stolarki, - prace wykończeniowe i brukarskie na zewnątrz budynku, - modernizacja oświetlenia na LED i urządzeń elektrycznych, - modernizacja instalacji c.w.u. , - usprawnienie instalacji centralnego ogrzewania. Beneficjentem ostatecznym będzie społeczność lokalna Gminy Zambrów, w szczególności: uczniowie, nauczyciele i personel administracyjny oraz techniczny zatrudniony w szkole. (Polish)

The general objective of the project is to thermally modernise the primary school building in the village of Pierte-Jabłoń and improve air purity in the Zambrów Municipality by reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere and increasing the energy efficiency of buildings. This objective will be achieved through the implementation of direct actions, which are defined as follows: 1.Efficient use of thermal energy; 2.Reducing school heating costs; 3.Use of energy from renewable sources; 4.Improving the conditions of use of the facility by installing intake-extract air exchangers with heat recuperators. The benefits of the project: — increasing the comfort of using the school, – increasing the efficiency of heat and electricity consumption, – reducing emissions of gases and dust into the atmosphere, Reduced the cost of heating the building: — the use of renewable energy sources, – promotion of actions for the protection of the environment, creating environmental attitudes, – increasing the ecological attractiveness of the region. Scope of thermal retrofitting works: — warming of the ceiling over the last floor, – thermo-modernisation of the walls of the cellar with the replacement of window joinery, – thermo-modernisation of the walls of the ground with the replacement of the carpentry, – finishing and paving works outside the building, – modernisation of lighting for LEDs and electrical equipment, – modernisation of the central heating system. The final beneficiary will be the local community of the Municipality of Zambrów, in particular: pupils, teachers and administrative staff and technical staff employed at the school. (English)

L’objectif général du projet est de thermomoderniser le bâtiment de l’école primaire de Poryte-Jabłoń et d’améliorer la propreté de l’air à Zambrów en réduisant les émissions de polluants dans l’atmosphère et en augmentant l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments. Cet objectif sera atteint par la mise en œuvre d’actions directes, définies comme suit: 1.Utilisation efficace de l’énergie thermique; 2.Réduire les coûts de chauffage scolaire; 3.L’utilisation de l’énergie produite à partir de sources renouvelables; 4.Améliorer les conditions d’utilisation de l’objet en installant des échangeurs d’air d’admission et d’échappement avec des récupérateurs de chaleur. Avantages du projet: — augmenter le confort d’utilisation scolaire, — augmenter l’efficacité de la consommation de chaleur et d’électricité, — réduire les émissions de gaz et de poussières dans l’atmosphère, Réduction des coûts de chauffage du bâtiment: — l’utilisation de sources d’énergie renouvelables, — la promotion de mesures environnementales, la création d’attitudes écologiques, — l’accroissement de l’attractivité écologique de la région. Portée des travaux de thermomodernisation: — le réchauffement du plafond au-dessus du dernier étage, — la thermomodernisation des murs du sous-sol avec le remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres, — la thermomodernisation des murs de plancher avec le remplacement de la menuiserie, — les travaux de finition et de pavage à l’extérieur du bâtiment, — la modernisation de l’éclairage des LED et des équipements électriques, — la modernisation des installations d’eau chaude, — l’amélioration des installations de chauffage central. Le bénéficiaire final sera la communauté locale de Zambrów, en particulier: les élèves, les enseignants et le personnel administratif et technique de l’école. (French)
