Zakres projektu obejmuje renowację zabytkowych dzwonów oraz zagospodarowanie terenu przy kościele parafialnym w Nowej Pawłówce. Szczegółowy zakres prac przedstawia się następująco: - renowację 4 zabytkowych dzwonów; - remont schodów wejściowych; - budowę pochylni dla osób niepełnosprawnych; - wykonanie opaski wokół budynku; - budowę zewnętrznej instalacji elektrycznej (zasilenie dzwonów). W ramach inwestycji zostaną także poniesione wydatki na promocję i nadzór inwestorski. Głównym celem projektu jest udostępnienie dla niepełnosprawnych obiektów zabytkowych wchodzących w skład zespołu parafialnego w Nowej Pawłówce oraz zapewnienie możliwości korzystania z zabytkowych dzwonów. Projekt będzie odpowiedzią na istniejące potrzeby. Kościół pw. Trójcy Przenajświętszej usytuowany jest w ważnym i atrakcyjnym miejscu województwa podlaskiego, w miejscowości Nowa Pawłówka, która jest jednym z najbardziej charakterystycznych elementów pejzażu wiejskiego. Powyższy obiekt historyczny dziedzictwa kulturowego stanowi znaczącą atrakcję turystyczną przede wszystkim ze względu na walory historyczne. Inwestycja przyczynia się do osiągnięcia następujących wskaźników: 1) produktu: - Liczba zabytków ruchomych objętych wsparciem – 4 szt.; - Liczba zabytków nieruchomych objętych wsparciem – 1 szt.; - Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 1 szt.; 2) rezultatu: - Wzrost oczekiwanej liczby odwiedzin w objętych wsparciem miejscach należących do dziedzictwa kulturalnego i naturalnego oraz stanowiących atrakcje turystyczne – 250 odwiedzin/rok (wartość bazowa: 150 odwiedzin/rok). The scope of the project includes the renovation of historic bells and the development of the area near the parish church in Nowa Pawłówka. The specific scope of the work is as follows: — renovation of 4 historic bells; — repair of entrance stairs; — construction of slipways for disabled persons; — making a band around the building; — construction of an external electrical installation (bell power). The investment will also include expenditure on the promotion and supervision of investors. The main objective of the project is to make available for disabled historical objects included in the parish complex in Nowa Pawłówka and to provide the possibility of using historic bells. The project will respond to existing needs. Church of St. John’s The Holy Trinity is located in an important and attractive place of Podlaskie voivodship, in Nowa Pawłówka, which is one of the most characteristic elements of the rural landscape. The historical monument of cultural heritage is a significant tourist attraction, mainly due to historical values. The investment shall contribute to the achievement of the following indicators: 1. of the product: — Number of movable monuments supported – 4 pieces; — Number of immovable monuments supported – 1 pieces; — Number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities – 1 pieces; 2. the result: — Increased number of visits in supported sites belonging to cultural and natural heritage and tourist attractions – 250 visits/year (base value: 150 visits per year). Le projet comprend la rénovation des cloches historiques et l’aménagement du terrain à l’église paroissiale de Nowa Pawłówka. La portée détaillée des travaux est la suivante: — rénovation de 4 cloches historiques; — réparation des escaliers d’entrée; — construction d’une rampe pour les personnes handicapées; — faire un bracelet autour du bâtiment; — construction d’une installation électrique externe (alimentation électrique en cloche). L’investissement impliquera également des dépenses de promotion et de supervision des investisseurs. L’objectif principal du projet est de mettre à disposition des objets historiques handicapés inclus dans le complexe paroissial de Nowa Pawłówka et d’assurer la possibilité d’utiliser les cloches historiques. Le projet répondra aux besoins existants. Église de Saint-Paul La Très Sainte Trinité est située dans un endroit important et attrayant de la voïvodie de Podlaskie, à Nowa Pawłówka, qui est l’un des éléments les plus caractéristiques du paysage rural. Ce site historique du patrimoine culturel est une attraction touristique importante, principalement en raison de sa valeur historique. L’investissement contribue à la réalisation des indicateurs suivants: 1) Produit: — Nombre de monuments mobiles soutenus — 4 pièces; — Nombre de monuments immeubles bénéficiant d’un soutien — 1 poste; — Nombre d’installations adaptées aux besoins des personnes handicapées — 1 poste; 2) résultat: — Augmentation du nombre attendu de visites de sites du patrimoine culturel et naturel et d’attractions touristiques bénéficiant d’un soutien — 250 visites/an (base de référence: 150 visites/an).
