Projekt zakłada przebudowę fragmentu zabytkowego zespołu parkowo - pałacowego w Dowspudzie (nr w rej. zabytków woj. podlaskiego A-230) - skweru wokół pomnika gen. hr. L.M. Paca. Celem przedsięwzięcia jest ochrona obiektu dziedzictwa kulturowego obszaru LSR oraz nadanie nowych, turystycznych i kulturalnych funkcji ww. zabytkowi poprzez budowę Miejsca Obsługi Rowerzysty (MOR) oraz zakup infrastruktury plenerowej w zesp. park.- pałacowym hr. Paca w Dowspudzie. W zakresie MOR zaprojektowano samoobsługową stację rower. narzędziową, stojaki rower. U kształtne, miejsce odpoczynku składające się z wiaty, stolika i 3 ławek, kosza na śmieci. Poza budową MOR, na skwerze wokół pomnika Paca (ostatniego właściciela Dowspudy) zostanie odnowiona część rekreacyjna - utwardzenie ciągu pieszego kostką kamienną. Ponadto Wnioskodawca planuje nasadzić roślinność spójną z koncepcją istniejącego zabytkowego obszaru. Dzięki przedsięwzięciu powstanie zagospodarowany, ogólnodostępny teren rekreacyjny z nową funkcją turystyczno - kulturalną - MOR z infrastrukturą plenerową. Wskaźnikami realizowanego przedsięwzięcia są: wsk. produktu - 1 zmodernizowany zabytek nieruchomy, 1 obiekt dostosowany do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnością, wsk. rezultatu - wzrost oczekiwanej liczby odwiedzin w objętym wsparciem miejscu dziedzictwa kult. jako miejsca atrakcyjnego turystycznie o 2000 os./rok. Monitoring odwiedzających odbywać się będzie poprzez zainstalowanie w przyległym budynku kordegardy kamery monitorującej. Grupą docelową przedsięwzięcia są mieszkańcy terenu LSR, szczególnie gm. Raczki, mieszkańcy terenu LSR preferujący rekreację i aktywne formy spędzania czasu szczególnie turystkę rowerową. Pośrednio odbiorcami będą również lokalne gospod. agroturyst. i wypożyczalnie rowerów z terenu LSR świadczące usługi odwiedzającym region turystom. Dodatkowym wskaźnikiem Wnioskodawcy jest zaangażowany w realizację projektu 1 podmiot sektora społecznego- Suwalska Organizacja Turystyczna (w zakr. promocji). (Polish)

The project involves the reconstruction of a part of the historical park and palace complex in Dowspud (No. in the district of Podlaskie Voivodeship A-230) – a square around the monument of General hr. I'm L.M. Paca. The aim of the project is to protect the cultural heritage of the LSR area and to give new, tourist and cultural functions to the above mentioned monument by building a Cyclist Service Facility (MOR) and purchasing outdoor infrastructure in the park.- Palace hr. PACA in Dowspud. In the field of MOR a self-service bicycle station was designed. In a shaped place, a place of rest consisting of a shelter, a table and 3 benches, a trash can. In addition to the construction of the MOR, the recreational part will be refurbished on the square around the monument Paca (the last owner of Dowspuda). Furthermore, the applicant plans to plant vegetation consistent with the concept of the existing historic area. Thanks to the project, a developed, open-access recreational area with a new tourist and cultural function – MOR with outdoor infrastructure will be created. The indicators of the project are: product – 1 modernised landmark, 1 object tailored to the needs of people with disabilities, as a result – an increase in the expected number of visits in the supported site of the cult heritage. as a tourist destination by 2000 people per year. Monitoring of visitors will be carried out by installing a surveillance camera in the adjacent building. The target group of the project is the inhabitants of the LSR area, especially the village of Raczki, residents of the LSR area, preferring recreation and active forms of spending time especially for cycling tourists. Indirect recipients will also be local agrotourism and bicycle rentals from the area of LSR providing services to tourists visiting the region. An additional indicator of the Applicant is involved in the implementation of the project 1 social sector entity – Suwalska Tourist Organisation (in the direction of promotion). (English)
