Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu dotyczy zakupu nowoczesnej linii produkcyjnej, która umożliwi przedsiębiorstwu Zakrem wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnego produktu w postaci wózka paletowego WRU4-2500 EKO. Realizacja inwestycji wpłynie na wzrost innowacyjności przedsiębiorstwa i jego pozycję konkurencyjną. Celem głównym przedmiotowego projektu jest: Wzmocnienie na rynku pozycji konkurencyjnej oraz wzrost poziomu innowacyjności firmy Zakrem Sp. z o.o. od 2021 r. Niniejszy cel będzie realizowany poprzez wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnego produktu w postaci wózka paletowego. Wykonane prace B+R pozwoliły na opracowanie nowej konstrukcji wózka paletowego o poszerzonych charakterystykach użytkowych w stosunku do obecnie oferowanego przez firmę Zakrem rozwiązania. Konstrukcja wyróżniać się będzie zwiększoną manewrowością, nośnością oraz zastąpieniem klasycznych materiałów konstrukcyjnych – tworzywami sztucznymi. Ponadto nowa konstrukcja wózka zwiększy ergonomię jego użytkowania przy jednoczesnym zwiększeniu jego ładowności. W wyniku realizacji przedmiotowego projektu w firmie ZAKREM nastąpi faktyczny wzrost innowacyjności oraz umocnienie pozycji konkurencyjnej firmy, czego wymiernym efektem będzie wzrost przychodów przedsiębiorstwa. Wprowadzony do oferty przedsiębiorstwa produkt pozwoli na zaprezentowanie identyfikowalnej w skali kraju oferty, wyróżniającej wnioskodawcę na tle rozwiązań konkurencji. Wprowadzenie innowacyjnego wózka paletowego na rynek nie byłoby możliwe bez zakupu nowoczesnych maszyn produkcyjnych oraz oprogramowania, które połączy wszystkie etapy produkcji, dzięki czemu proces ten będzie szybki i precyzyjny. Wszystkie zakupione w ramach projektu urządzenia wraz z oprogramowaniem będą stanowić komplementarne wobec siebie elementy, zapewniające zintegrowanie poszczególnych etapów produkcji. The implementation of this project concerns the purchase of a modern production line, which will enable Zakrem to market an innovative product in the form of a pallet truck WRU4-2500 EKO. The realisation of the investment will increase the company’s innovation and its competitive position. The main objective of this project is to: Strengthening the competitive position and increasing the level of innovation of Zakrem Sp. z o.o. since 2021. This objective will be achieved by introducing an innovative product in the form of a pallet truck to the market. The R & D work carried out allowed the development of a new pallet truck construction with extended performance characteristics compared to the solution currently offered by Zakrem. The design will be distinguished by increased manoeuvrability, bearing capacity and replacement of classic construction materials – plastics. In addition, the new design of the trolley will increase the ergonomics of its use while increasing its load capacity. As a result of the implementation of this project in ZAKREM there will be a real increase in innovation and a strengthening of the competitive position of the company, which will result in a measurable increase in the company’s revenues. The product introduced to the company’s offer will allow to present a country-widely identifiable offer, distinguishing the applicant from the competition. Launching an innovative pallet truck on the market would not be possible without the purchase of modern production machines and software that combines all stages of production, making the process quick and precise. All devices purchased as part of the project, together with the software, will be complementary to each other, ensuring the integration of the different stages of production. La mise en œuvre de ce projet concerne l’achat d’une ligne de production moderne, qui permettra à Zakrem de commercialiser un produit innovant sous la forme d’un transpalettes WRU4-2500 EKO. L’investissement stimulera l’innovation de l’entreprise et sa position concurrentielle. L’objectif principal de ce projet est de: Renforcer la position concurrentielle sur le marché et augmenter le niveau d’innovation de Zakrem Sp. z o.o. à partir de 2021. Cet objectif sera atteint par l’introduction d’un produit innovant sous la forme d’un transpalettes sur le marché. Les travaux de R & D ont permis de développer une nouvelle conception d’un transpalettes avec des performances étendues par rapport à la solution actuellement proposée par Zakrem. La conception se distinguera par une maniabilité accrue, une capacité de charge et le remplacement des matériaux de construction classiques par des plastiques. En outre, la nouvelle conception du chariot augmentera l’ergonomie de son utilisation tout en augmentant sa charge utile. Suite à la mise en œuvre du projet à Zakrem, il y aura une réelle augmentation de l’innovation et un renforcement de la position concurrentielle de l’entreprise, ce qui entraînera une augmentation du chiffre d’affaires de l’entreprise. Le produit introduit dans l’offre de l’entreprise permettra de présenter une offre identifiable par pays, en distinguant le candidat des solutions de concurrence. L’introduction d’un transpalettes innovant sur le marché ne serait pas possible sans l’achat de machines de production et de logiciels modernes, qui combineront toutes les étapes de la production, de sorte que le processus sera rapide et précis. Tous les appareils achetés dans le cadre du projet avec le logiciel seront complémentaires les uns des autres, assurant l’intégration des différentes étapes de production.
