POWIAT NOWOSĄDECKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY DLA POWIATU NOWOSĄDECKIEGO

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia nie mniej niż 203 osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie nowosądeckim.Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących działań:Pomoc w określeniu własnej ścieżki zawodowej oraz aktywizacji zawodowej poprzez usługi doradcy zawodowego lub pośrednika pracy,Podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych poprzez organizację szkoleń,Zdobycie lub zwiększenie lub uaktualnienie doświadczenia zawodowego poprzez organizację staży,Wspomaganie tworzenia nowych miejsc pracy poprzez: refundację kosztów prac interwencyjnych, doposażenia lub wyposażenia stanowiska pracyPrzyznanie jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie:a dla osób powyżej 50 r.ż., dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, dla kobiet na poziomie co najmniej 45,b dla mężczyzn nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyższych grup na poziomie co najmniej 60.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby bezrobotne zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy dla Powiatu Nowosądeckiego w wieku 30 lat i więcej zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I tzw. bezrobotni aktywni lub profilu pomocy II tzw. wymagający wsparcia. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (Polish)

As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, PUPs will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi d’au moins 203 personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Nowy Sądek.Cet objectif sera atteint par la mise en œuvre de działań:Pomoc en définissant leur propre parcours de carrière et leur activation par le biais des services d’un conseiller de carrière ou d’un intermédiaire pour l’emploi,Améliorer les qualifications professionnelles par l’organisation de formations, Acquérir ou augmenter ou actualiser l’expérience professionnelle par l’organisation de stages,Soutenir la création d’emplois par: remboursement des coûts du travail d’intervention, de la modernisation ou de l’équipement du lieu de travailL’octroi de fonds ponctuels pour la création d’entreprises aura pour résultat principal le démarrage de l’emploi par les participants au projet au niveau de: et pour les personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, pour les personnes peu qualifiées, pour les chômeurs de longue durée, pour les personnes handicapées, pour les femmes d’au moins 45.b pour les hommes n’ayant pas droit à l’un des groupes précités d’au moins 60 ans. Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail.
