Projekt dotyczy utworzenia 40 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego (w ramach 2 nowych oddziałów) w przedszkolu nr 55 w Opolu, w tym zaplanowano uruchomienie miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego dostosowanych do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami. Projekt obejmuje również finansowanie bieżącej działalności w okresie 12 m-cy tj. od 01.09.2018-31.08.2019 r. Celem projektu będzie zwiększenie dostępu do edukacji przedszkolnej, co stanowi odpowiedź na zapotrzebowanie rodziców wynikające z dysproporcji w dostępie do usług wychowania przedszkolnego, wynikającej z liczby dzieci, które powinny być objęte opieką przedszkolną na terenie Miasta Opola, a występującymi deficytami miejsc w tym zakresie. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby wynikające z diagnozy przeprowadzonej w publicznym przedszkolu nr 55, zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący, odpowiadając tym samym na specyficzne potrzeby placówki. Ponadto zmiana Ustawy o systemie oświaty intensyfikuje potrzeby zwiększenia liczby dostępnych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego, jak i wydłużenia czasu pracy placówek. Projekt dzięki otwarciu dwóch nowych oddziałów przedszkolnych pozwoli na zapewnienie szczególnego wsparcia dla dzieci oraz ich rodziców, ponadto będzie wspierał obszary wymagające dodatkowych nakładów czasowych i finansowych (tj. przedszkola). Projektując wsparcie projektu uwzględniono trendy demograficzne i prognozy zgodnie z zał. nr 10 - "Analizą dostępności miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w woj. opolskim" oraz rzeczywiste potrzeby, występujące na obszarze realizacji projektu. Realizowany projekt obejmuje 1 typ konkursu: podtyp d. Projekt realizowany będzie na obszarze 1 gminy Aglomeracji Opolskiej tj. na obszarze Miasta Opola. (Polish)

The project concerns the creation of 40 new places of pre-school education (within 2 new branches) in kindergarten No. 55 in Opole, including the launch of preschool facilities adapted to the needs of children with disabilities. The project also covers the financing of current activities in the period of 12 months, i.e. from 01.09.2018-31.08.2019. The aim of the project will be to increase access to pre-primary education, which is a response to the demand of parents resulting from the imbalance in access to pre-school education services resulting from the number of children who should receive pre-school care in the City of Opole and the existing deficits in this area. The project is a response to the needs of a diagnosis carried out in public kindergarten No 55, approved by the host body, thus responding to the specific needs of the institution. In addition, the amendment of the Education System Act intensifies the need to increase the number of available preschool facilities and to extend the working time of institutions. Thanks to the opening of two new preschool branches, the project will provide special support for children and their parents, and will support areas requiring additional time and financial expenditure (i.e. kindergarten). When designing project support, demographic trends and forecasts were taken into account according to Appendix 10 – “Analysis of the availability of preschool education in the Opolskie Voivodeship” and the actual needs of the project. The project comprises 1 type of competition: subtype d. The project will be implemented in the area of 1 commune of the Opole Agglomeration, i.e. in the area of the City of Opole. (English)

Le projet concerne la création de 40 nouvelles places préscolaires (dans 2 nouvelles branches) dans la maternelle 55 à Opole, y compris le lancement de places préscolaires adaptées aux besoins des enfants handicapés. Le projet couvre également le financement des activités en cours au cours de la période de 12 mois, c’est-à-dire du 01.09.2018-31.08.2019. L’objectif du projet sera d’améliorer l’accès à l’éducation préscolaire, qui répond à la demande des parents en raison du déséquilibre dans l’accès aux services d’éducation préscolaire, résultant du nombre d’enfants à prendre en charge dans la ville d’Opole, et de la pénurie de places dans ce domaine. Le projet répond aux besoins découlant du diagnostic effectué dans la maternelle publique no 55, approuvé par l’autorité de gestion, répondant ainsi aux besoins spécifiques de l’établissement. En outre, la modification de la loi sur le système éducatif renforce la nécessité d’augmenter le nombre de places disponibles pour l’enseignement préscolaire et d’augmenter le temps de travail des établissements. En ouvrant deux nouvelles unités préscolaires, le projet fournira un soutien spécifique aux enfants et à leurs parents et soutiendra des domaines nécessitant davantage de temps et de financement (c.-à-d. les jardins d’enfants). Lors de la conception de l’appui au projet, les tendances démographiques et les prévisions conformément à l’annexe 10 — «Analyse de la disponibilité des places préscolaires dans la voïvodie d’Opolskie» et des besoins réels survenant dans la zone du projet ont été prises en compte. Le projet se compose d’un type de concours: sous-type d. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans la zone 1 de la municipalité de l’agglomération d’Opole, c’est-à-dire dans la zone de la ville d’Opole.
