Przedmiotem jest realizacja następujących zadań: 1) Zagospodarowanie na cele rekreacyjno-turystyczne terenu Nakła - stworzenie tzw. Piwniczańskich Błoni: 1.1. Zagospodarowanie terenu Nakła - Budowa ciągu spacerowo-biegowego; - Montaż ławek i koszów na śmieci; - Budowa Pumptracku; - Budowa urządzenia do Street Workoutu; 1.2. Zagospodarowanie terenu po byłym zakładzie komunalnym: - Utwardzenie placu nawierzchnią z kostki brukowej; - Budowa oświetlenia w postaci latarni; - Montaż ławek i koszów na śmieci; - Budowa budynku zaplecza sanitarnego zapewniającą adekwatną obsługę dla przedmiotowej inwestycji i sąsiadującego z inwestycją pola namiotowego; - Wykonanie przyłączy mediów (sieć wodociągowa, sieć kanalizacyjna, sieć elektroenergetyczna) umożliwiających prawidłowe funkcjonowanie zaplecza sanitarnego oraz urządzeń wymagających energii elektrycznej (np. nagłośnienie) związanych z planowanym sposobem zagospodarowania terenu (organizacja imprez masowych); 1.3. Zagospodarowanie cmentarza choleryków poprzez budowę niskiego ogrodzenia wokół terenu cmentarza wraz z budową tablicy informacyjnej zawierającej dane o historii cmentarza; 2) Budowa kładki pieszo-rowerowej łączącej teren Nakła z ul. Kościuszki: 2.1. Budowa kładki pieszo-rowerowej - Budowa kładki pieszo-rowerowej przez rzekę Poprad; - Przebudowa skrzyżowania z ulicą Kościuszki – połączenie kładki z istniejącą siecią drogową; - Budowa oświetlenia skrzyżowania i kładki; 2.2. Budowa wielofunkcyjnej trasy biegowo-rowerowej odcinek 1 - Budowa trasy rowerowej; - Budowa trasy biegowej; - Budowa oświetlenia; 2.3. Budowa wielofunkcyjnej trasy biegowo-rowerowej: - Budowa trasy rowerowej; - Budowa trasy biegowej; - Budowa oświetlenia; - Montaż ławek i koszów na śmieci, zlokalizowanych wzdłuż chodnika; 2.4. Organizacja zjazdu na teren Nakła z DK 87 - Budowa chodnika; - Przebudowa drogi; - Budowa 40 miejsc parkingowych; - Budowa MOR; - Budowa oświetlenia; 2.5. The object is to carry out the following tasks: 1) Development of the Nakła area for recreational and tourism purposes – creation of so-called. Cellar Błonia: IT’S 1.1. Development of Nakła – Structure of walking and running track; — Installation of benches and trash cans; — Construction of the pumptrack; — Construction of a workout street device; IT’S 1.2. Development of the site after the former municipal plant: — hardening of the square with paving paving; — Building lighting in the form of a lighthouse; — Installation of benches and trash cans; — Construction of a sanitary facility providing adequate service for the investment in question and adjacent to the investment area; — Production of media connections (water supply network, sewage network, electricity grid) enabling proper functioning of sanitary facilities and equipment requiring electricity (e.g. sound system) related to the planned method of land development (organisation of mass events); IT’S 1.3. The development of the cholera cemetery through the construction of a low fence around the cemetery area together with the construction of an information board containing data on the history of the cemetery; 2) Construction of a foot and bicycle footbridge connecting the area of Nakła with ul. Kosciuszko: IT’S 2.1. Construction of a foot and bicycle footbridge – Construction of a foot and bicycle footbridge across the Poprad River; — Reconstruction of the junction with Kościuszki Street – connection of the bridge with the existing road network; — Construction of intersection lighting and footbridge; IT’S 2.2. Construction of a multifunctional cross-country cycling route section 1 – Construction of the cycle route; — Construction of a cross-country track; — Building lighting; IT’S 2.3. Construction of a multifunctional cross-country cycling route: — Construction of a cycle route; — Construction of a cross-country track; — Building lighting; — Assembly of benches and garbage bins located along the pavement; IT’S 2.4. Organisation of the exit to the Nakła area from DK 87 – Construction of the pavement; — Reconstruction of the road; — Construction of 40 parking spaces; — Construction of the MOR; — Building lighting; IT’S 2.5. Sewage network – Reconstruction of an existing sewerage network. (English)
