Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa łącznie 4,846 km grawitacyjnej sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej w miejscowościach Ochotnica Dolna oraz Ochotnica Górna położonych na obszarze aglomeracji Ochotnica Dolna o równoważnej liczbie mieszkańców 8700 z oczyszczalnią ścieków zlokalizowaną w miejscowości Tylmanowa. Aglomeracja wyznaczona została rozporządzeniem Wojewody Małopolskiego z dn. 8.11.2005 r. nr 6105 i jest ujęta w Krajowym Programie Oczyszczania Ścieków Komunalnych w aktualnym wykazie aglomeracji V KPOSK oraz w Master Planie pod pozycja PLMP0770. Gmina Ochotnica Dolna oświadcza, iż ścieki odprowadzane z nowo wybudowanej sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej będą po zakończeniu projektu inwestycyjnego odprowadzane do oczyszczalni Tylmanowa spełniającej wymagania Dyrektywy Rady 91271EWG z dnia 21 maja 1991 r. dotyczącej oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych Dz. U. L 13540 z 30.5.1991 oraz Rozporządzenia Ministra Środowiska z dnia 18 listopada 2014 r. w sprawie warunków, jakie należy spełnić przy wprowadzaniu ścieków do wód lub ziemi, oraz w sprawie substancji szczególnie szkodliwych dla środowiska wodnego Dz. The subject of the project is the construction of a total of 4.846 km of gravitational sanitary sewage system in the villages Ochotnica Dolna and Ochotnica Górna located in the district of Ochotnica Dolna with equivalent number of inhabitants 8700 with sewage treatment plant located in Tylmanowa. The agglomeration was designated by the order of the Małopolska Voivodeship from the dn. 8.11.2005 No. 6105 and is included in the National Urban Waste Treatment Programme in the current list of agglomerations V KPOSK and in the Master Plan under item PLMP0770. The municipality of Volotnica Dolna declares that waste water discharged from the newly built sewage system will be discharged after the investment project has been completed into a Tylmanov treatment plant complying with the requirements of Council Directive 91271EEC of 21 May 1991 on urban waste water treatment. L 13540 of 30.5.1991 and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 18 November 2014 on the conditions to be fulfilled when introducing sewage into water or land, and on substances which are particularly harmful to the aquatic environment. Le projet concerne la construction d’un réseau d’assainissement par gravité de 4,846 km à Ochotnica Dolna et à Ochotnica Górna, situés dans la zone de l’agglomération d’Ochotnica Dolna, avec une population équivalente à 8700 habitants, avec une station d’épuration des eaux usées située à Tylmanowa. L’agglomération a été désignée par décret du gouverneur de la province de Małopolska. 8.11.2005 no 6105 et figure dans le programme municipal national de traitement des eaux usées dans la liste actuelle des agglomérations V du KPOSK et dans le plan directeur relevant du PLMP0770. La municipalité d’Ochotnica Dolna déclare que les eaux usées rejetées du réseau d’assainissement sanitaire nouvellement construit seront déversées à la fin du projet d’investissement dans la station d’épuration de Tylmanowa, conformément aux exigences de la directive 91271CEE du Conseil du 21 mai 1991 relative au traitement des eaux urbaines résiduaires.
