Przedmiotem projektu będzie zakup i wdrożenie nowoczesnego systemu informatycznego ERP typu B2B i B2E oraz niezbędnych środków trwałych, które pozwolą zmodernizować, przyspieszyć i zautomatyzować najważniejsze procesy biznesowe realizowane w firmie: marketing i sprzedaż, produkcję i gospodarkę materiałową, prawo, księgowość i finanse oraz zasoby ludzkie. Planowany projekt jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby Wnioskodawcy w zakresie usprawnienia, automatyzacji i modernizacji najważniejszych procesów i działań zachodzących w firmie. W wyniku wdrożenia systemów zostaną zaspokojone potrzeby Wnioskodawcy w zakresie prowadzenia działalności w oparciu o system ERP oraz funkcjonalności B2B. Realizacja projektu umożliwi podejmowanie decyzji zarówno operacyjnych jak i strategicznych (krótko i długoterminowych) na podstawie pewniejszych danych i w krótszym czasie. Systemy będą mieć budowę modułową, przeznaczoną dla każdego działu firmy, określającą liczbę potrzebnych stanowisk pracy. (Polish)

The subject of the project will be the purchase and implementation of the modern IT system of ERP type B2B and B2E type, as well as necessary fixed assets to modernise, accelerate and automate the most important business processes implemented in the company: marketing and sales, production and management of materials, law, accounting and finance and human resources. The planned project is a response to the applicant’s needs in terms of improvement, automation and modernisation of the most important processes and activities taking place in the company. As a result of the implementation of the systems, the applicant’s business needs will be met based on the ERP system and the B2B functionality. The implementation of the project will enable both operational and strategic decisions (short and long-term) to be taken on the basis of more reliable data and in a shorter time. The systems will have a modular construction, designed for each department of the company, specifying the number of workstations needed. (English)

L’objet du projet sera l’achat et la mise en œuvre d’un système informatique ERP moderne de type B2B et B2E et des immobilisations nécessaires, ce qui permettra de moderniser, d’accélérer et d’automatiser les processus métier les plus importants réalisés dans l’entreprise: commercialisation et vente, production et gestion du matériel, droit, comptabilité et finances, et ressources humaines. Le projet prévu répond aux besoins de la requérante en termes de rationalisation, d’automatisation et de modernisation des processus et activités les plus importants de l’entreprise. En raison de la mise en œuvre des systèmes, les besoins de la requérante en termes de conduite des activités sur la base du système REE et des fonctionnalités B2B seront satisfaits. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra de prendre des décisions opérationnelles et stratégiques (à court et à long terme) sur la base de données plus fiables et dans un délai plus court. Les systèmes auront une construction modulaire, conçue pour chaque département de l’entreprise, en précisant le nombre de postes de travail nécessaires. (French)
