Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup w ramach działania 3.4.4. RPO WM, środków trwałych niezbędnych do wdrożenia na rynek posiadanych przez TechStal Łukasz Kozera wyników prac BR. Wnioskodawca dysponuje opracowaną przez Politechnikę Krakowską, Instytut Pojazdów Szynowych w ramach działania 1.2.3 RPO WM Bony na innowacje, dokumentacją techniczną produktu oraz opracowanym siłami własnymi na tej podstawie ostatecznym prototypem produktu. Produkt jest gotowy do wdrożenia na rynek. Będzie to innowacyjna w skali świata winda osobowa dla pojazdów szynowych zgodna z TSI PRM. Winda produkowana przez TechStal Łukasz Kozera będzie pierwszym w pełni polskim produktem na rynku. W ramach projektu zostanie wykonane:1. Zakup środka trwałego w postaci wycinarki laserowej.2. Zakup środka trwałego w postaci prasy krawędziowej.3. Stworzenie linii produkcyjnej w przygotowanej hali wyposażonej częściowo w posiadany sprzęt spawarki, giętarki itp.4. Uruchomienie produkcji i wdrożenie produktu na rynek.Wdrożenie produktu na rynek spowoduje zwiększenie zatrudnienia, innowacyjności i konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa oraz dzięki temu zwiększenie konkurencyjności i wielkości przychodów Tech Stal.Projekt wpisuje się w RIS oraz cele działania 3.4.4. RPO WM a ich osiągnięcie zostanie odzwierciedlone we wskaźnikach produktu oraz rezultatu. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the purchase under measure 3.4.4. RPO WM, the fixed assets necessary to implement the results of the BR’s work on the market owned by TechStal Łukasz Kozera. The applicant has developed by the Cracow University of Technology, the Institute of Rail Vehicles as part of the action 1.2.3 RPO of WM Bona for innovation, technical documentation of the product and developed own forces on this basis the final prototype of the product. The product is ready to be put on the market. It will be an innovative world-wide passenger elevator for rail vehicles compliant with the PRM TSI. The elevator produced by TechStal Łukasz Kozera will be the first fully Polish product on the market. The project will be implemented:1. Purchase of a solid in the form of a laser cutter.2. Purchase of a durable product in the form of a press brake.3. Creation of a production line in a prepared hall equipped partly with equipment of welding machines, benders, etc.4. Launching the product into the market will increase the employment, innovation and competitiveness of the company and thus increase the competitiveness and revenues of Tech Stal.The project fits into RIS and the objectives of action 3.4.4. WM ROPs and their achievement will be reflected in output indicators and results. (English)
