Planowane wyposażenie odpowiednia jakość, kompleksowa infrastruktura o odpow. parametrach technicznych gwarantują realizację zaplanowanych działań na rzecz społeczności lokalnej. W ramach projektu stworzona będzie przestrzeń do podniesienia kwalifikacji, rozwoju umiejętności warsztatowych w tym m.in. : interdyscyplinarne pracownie, w których realizowane będą warsztaty rzemiosła artystycznego w tym: dot. ginących zawodów związanych z ceramiką, introligatorstwem, tkactwem, itp. warsztaty o tematyce modelarskiej, nowych mediów: video, film, media cyfrowe, sound art, fotografia. L’investissement consistant en la reconstruction et l’adaptation du bâtiment à ul. Podbrzezie 3 à Krk, l’ancienne école juive d’artisanat. Implémenté dans la conception et la construction de mode. La portée des travaux comprend: la reconstruction des locaux de tous les étages du bâtiment à l’exception du troisième étage combiné à l’adaptation aux besoins des clients potentiels donnant accès au bâtiment pour les personnes handicapées, ainsi que la modernisation des éléments extérieurs de la modernisation de l’entrée principale du toit, la modernisation de la façade, la modernisation de la terrasse et des balustrades, la mise en œuvre d’une protection humide du bâtiment ainsi que la reconstruction des éléments du système de zonage, la reconstruction du revêtement intérieur de l’escalier, reconstruction de toutes les installations internes, nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l’installation conformément à son objectif prévu après la modernisation prévue de la chaufferie à gaz, achat d’équipements.Utiliser l’espace utilisable du bâtiment multifonctionnel adapté, l’état de conception de 2 642,82 m², le bâtiment, le volume de la modernisation du projet en conformité avec le projet, la modernisation de la chaufferie à gaz, l’achat d’équipements. L’équipement prévu d’une infrastructure complète et de qualité adéquate, assorti de paramètres techniques, garantit la mise en œuvre des activités prévues au bénéfice de la communauté locale.
