Zakres prac obejmuje: przebudowę pomieszczeń wszystkich kondygnacji budynku z wyjątkiem III piętra połączoną z dostosowaniem do potrzeb potencjalnych odbiorców zapewnienie dostępu do budynku dla osób niepełnosprawnych wraz z modernizacją elementów zewnętrznych wejścia głównego modernizację dachu termomodernizację elewacji modernizację tarasu wraz z balustradami wykonanie zabezpieczenia przeciwwilgociowego budynku wraz z odtworzeniem elementów zagospodarowania przestrzennego przebudowę okładzin wewnętrznej klatki schodowej przebudowę wszystkich instalacji wewnętrznych, potrzebnych do prawidłowego funkcjonowania obiektu zgodnie z jego przeznaczeniem po planowanej przebudowie modernizację kotłowni gazowej, zakup wyposażenia.Powierzchnia użytkowa adaptowanego budynku wielofunkcyjnego, stan projektowany 2642,82m2, kubatura 12471m3 nie ulegnie zmianie w wyniku realizacji projektu.Dzięki realizacji projektu powstanie nowoczesny budynek łączący w sobie różne celu społeczne i edukacyjne. Planowane wyposażenie odpowiednia jakość, kompleksowa infrastruktura o odpow. parametrach technicznych gwarantują realizację zaplanowanych działań na rzecz społeczności lokalnej. W ramach projektu stworzona będzie przestrzeń do podniesienia kwalifikacji, rozwoju umiejętności warsztatowych w tym m.in. : interdyscyplinarne pracownie, w których realizowane będą warsztaty rzemiosła artystycznego w tym: dot. ginących zawodów związanych z ceramiką, introligatorstwem, tkactwem, itp. warsztaty o tematyce modelarskiej, nowych mediów: video, film, media cyfrowe, sound art, fotografia. Investment consisting of reconstruction and adaptation of the building at ul. Podbrzeze 3 in Krk, the former Jewish Craft School. Implemented in mode, design and build. The scope of work shall include: reconstruction of the rooms of all floors of the building with the exception of the third floor combined with adaptation to the needs of potential recipients ensure access to the building for disabled people together with modernisation of external elements of the main entrance modernisation of the roof thermal modernisation of the facade modernisation of the terrace with balustrades execution of moisture protection of the building together with reconstruction of the building’s spatial development elements of spatial planning reconstruction of interior staircase reconstruction of all internal installations necessary for the proper functioning of the building according to its intended purpose. The planned equipment of the right quality, comprehensive infrastructure with technical parameters ensures the implementation of planned actions for the benefit of the local community. The project will create a space to improve qualifications, develop workshop skills, including among others. : interdisciplinary workshops, in which workshops of artistic crafts will be carried out, including: for dying professions related to ceramics, bookbinding, weaving, etc. workshops on modeling, new media: video, film, digital media, sound art, photography.
