Proj. real.w okresie IX2018-VIII 2019 [KD1] na terenie woj.mazow.[WM].Przedmiotem proj. jest real.kursów i szkoleń pozwalających nabyć uczestnikom proj.[UP] kluczowe kompet.i kwalifik.w zakresie j.obcych[ZAD.1] i/lub ICT [ZAD.2-3].Proj.obejmuje szkolenia/kursy w zakresie uzyskiwania kwalifik.w ww.obszarach,dające możliwość uzyskania certyfikatu zewn.(dla 100% UP).W wyniku udziału w proj.min.80% UP uzyska certyfikat potw.kwalifik.cyfr.[KMS3]-certyf.ECDL i/lub język.[KMS2]-certyf.TOEIC. Wsparciem w ramach proj.objętych zostanie 372(225K,145M) mieszkańców woj.mazow.w wieku pow.25r.ż.(w tym min. 60% os.w wieku 25-50l.-KMS1), zarówno os.pracujące(max.2/3 UP),jak i bez pracy(min.1/3 UP).Wsparcie w zakresie szkoleń kierowane wyłącznie do osób,które nie uczestniczyły we wsparciu LLL oferowanym w tożsamym zakresie w ramach POKL w l.2013-15 i/lub w RPO WM 2014-20[KMS9]. Celem gł.proj.jest zwiększenie do VIII 2019r. poziomu kompetencji cyfr.i język.wśród 372(225K,145M) uczestników proj.,tj.dorosłych mieszkańców woj.mazow.,pracujących (max.2/3 UP) lub pozostających bez pracy (min.1/3 UP) oraz uzyskanie formalnego potwierdzenia nabycia kwalifik.w ww.obszarach przez min. 80% z nich,przyczyniające się do wzrostu ich konkurencyjności na rynku pracy. Gł.wskaźniki proj.:L.os.w wieku 25 lat i więcej,które uzyskały kwalifik.lub nabyły kompet.po opuszczeniu programu-299os.;L.os.w wieku 25 lat i więcej objętych wsparciem w programie-372os. Wybór UP obejmuje diagnozę potrzeb szkol.z uwzgl.stanu wiedzy/kompet./umiejętn.w zakresie ICT i/lub j.obcych[KD6]-diagnoza przepr.w VI 2017r.wśród 500os.spełniających kryt.gr.docel.[GD]wykazała,iż w zakresie komp.: •cyfr.-56% badanych ocenia je jako niewystarcz.,16% wykazuje ich brak •język.-51% badanych ocenia je jako niewystarcz.,18% wykazuje ich brak. In the period IX2018-VIII 2019 [KD1] on the territory of the voivodship.[WM].The subject of the project is real.courses and trainings allowing participants to acquire the project.[UP] key competence and qualification in the scope of foreign languages[ZAD.1] and/or ICT [ZAD.2-3].The project includes training/cursual training in the field of qualification in 100 %. Support under the project will be 372(225K,145M) of residents of the Mazovian Voivodeship in the age of 25 (including at least 60 % of people aged 25-50 l-KMS1), both working people(max.2/3 UP) and without work(min.1/3 UP). The aim of the project is to increase to VIII 2019 the level of competence of digits and language.among the 372(225K,145M) participants of the project, i.e. adult residents of the maz. voivodship, working (max.2/3 UP) or those who are unemployed (min.1/3 UP) and to obtain formal confirmation of eligibility in the above areas by at least 80 % of them, contributing to their competitiveness on the labour market. Project indicators:L.os. at the age of 25 years and above, who were qualified or acquired competence after leaving the programme-299 people;L.os. at the age of 25 years and more supported in the programme-372os. The choice of UP includes the diagnosis of school needs, including the state of knowledge/competition/skills in the field of ICT and/or foreigners[KD6] – a diagnosis in VI 2017 among 500 people fulfilling the Crit.gr. target.[GD] showed that in the scope of: Digit.-56 % of respondents rate them as insufficient.,16 % show a lack of language.-51 % of respondents rate them as insufficient.,18 % do not show them. Projet réel dans la période IX2018-VIII 2019 [KD1] dans la voïvodie.[WM].L’objet du projet est réel.cours et formations permettant aux participants d’acquérir le projet.[UP] compétences clés et qualifications dans le domaine de l’étranger [ZAD.1] et/ou TIC [ZAD.2-3].Le projet comprend des formations/cours dans le domaine de l’obtention de qualifications dans les domaines ci-dessus, il est possible d’obtenir un certificat externe (pour 100 % UP).En raison de la participation au projet min.80 % UP obtiendra un certificat de qualification potw.[KMS3]-certif.ECDL et/ou langue.[KMS2]-certif.TOEIC. Le projet soutiendra 372 résidents de la voïvodie de 25 ans (dont au moins 60 % des personnes âgées de 25 à 50 ans-KMS1), travaillant (max.2/3 UP) et sans emploi (min.1/3 UP).Soutien à la formation destinée exclusivement aux personnes qui n’ont pas participé au soutien LLL offert dans le même cadre dans le cadre de l’OPKL en 2013-15 et/ou du ROP WM 2014-20[KMS9]. L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter le niveau de compétence des chiffres et de la langue parmi les 372 participants au projet (225K, 145 M), c’est-à-dire les résidents adultes de la voïvodie, le travail (max.2/3 UP) ou les chômeurs (min.1/3 UP) et d’obtenir une confirmation formelle de l’acquisition de qualifications dans ces domaines d’au moins 80 % d’entre eux, contribuant ainsi à l’accroissement de leur compétitivité sur le marché du travail. Project:L.os. à l’âge de 25 ans et plus, qui ont obtenu la qualification ou acquis le diplôme après avoir quitté le programme-299;L.os. à l’âge de 25 ans et plus soutenu dans le cadre du programme-372os.
