Brak sieci ciepłowniczej na terenie gminy. W najbliższym czasie tj. do roku 2023 nie planuje się jej budowy. 4. Zostanie przeprowadzona edukacja ekologiczna wśród mieszkańców odnośnie zanieczyszczeń powietrza i przeciwdziałania tym zanieczyszczeniom, oszczędności zasobów naturalnych, obniżenia niskiej emisji, poprawy efektywności energetycznej oraz przedstawiona zostanie prezentacja wyników badań jako element informacyjny i uświadamiający problem. Działania edukacyjne i promocyjne kierowane będą ze szczególnym natężeniem do dzieci i młodzieży. W tym celu zaangażowane zostaną istniejące w obszarze realizacji projektu placówki edukacyjne. Przeprowadzony zostanie konkurs obejmujący w.w tematykę. 5. Wnioskodawca nie planuje przygotowania programu osłonowego. 6. Projekt jest realizowany na terenie gminy zaklasyfikowanej do obszarów, na których konieczne jest podjęcie działań naprawczych polegających na likwidacji starych niskosprawnych urządzeń grzewczych i wyszczególnionych w obowiązującym POP. 7. Gmina posiada opracowany Plan Gosp. Niskoe. Gminy Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, który został przesłany do zaopiniowania do WFOŚiGW w Krakowie. W PGN została została zidentyfikowana sytuacja problemowa na terenie gminy, w tym: wysokie zanieczyszczenie, węgiel i miał jest głównym paliwem, brak systemu ciepłowniczego, ryzyko dla zdrowia ludzi, zagrożenie dla środowiska. Projekt obejmuje działania naprawcze, takie jak: wymiana niskosprawnych kotłów węglowych na kotły gazowe, dostosowanie wewnętrznych instalacji do zmodernizowanego systemu ogrzewania, edukacja ekologiczna mieszkańców. 8. Projekt nie jest realizowany na terenie miejscowości uzdrowiskowej (Polish)

There is no district heating network in the municipality. In the near future, i.e. until 2023, it is not planned to be built. 4. Environmental education will be carried out among residents on air pollution and combating pollution, saving natural resources, reducing low emissions, improving energy efficiency, and presenting research results as an information and awareness-raising element. Educational and promotional activities will be addressed with particular intensity to children and young people. To this end, existing educational institutions will be involved. There will be a competition covering the subject matter. 5. The applicant does not plan to prepare a cover programme. 6. The project is carried out in the municipality classified as areas where corrective action is necessary to remove old low-efficiency heating equipment and specified in the existing POP. 7. The municipality has developed a Gosp Plan. It’s a low one. Kalwaria Zebrzydowska communes, which was sent for an opinion to WFOŚiGW in Krakow. The PGN identified a problem situation in the municipality, including: high pollution, coal and had is the main fuel, lack of heating system, risks to human health, environmental risks. The project shall include corrective actions such as: replacement of low-efficiency coal boilers with gas boilers, adapting internal installations to modernised heating system, ecological education of residents. 8.
