Projekt Rozwój laboratorium badawczorozwojowego w przedsiębiorstwie Euphora Grzegorz Wnęk spółka jawna realizowany będzie w terminie od 1.10.2018 do 30.06.2020 przez 21 miesięcy. W ramach projektu zakupiona zostanie infrastruktura badawcza niezbędna do przeprowadzenia eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych, których efektem będą:1. Technologia produkcji nowych kosmetyków z zastosowaniem NLC z otrzymanym metodą nadkrytycznej ekstrakcji z CO2 olejem z pestek czarnej porzeczki w małotonażowej skali przemysłowej,2. Technologia produkcji nowego typu nanostrukturalnych nośników lipidowych NLC z wykorzystaniem różnych rodzajów bioaktywnych olejów roślinnych olejów z pestek malin, aronii i truskawki,3. Technologia produkcji nowych kosmetyków fluid lub korektor, pomadkibłyszczyki do ust oraz produkt sypki i prasowany do twarzy z zastosowaniem rezultatów obszaru drugiego: olejów bioaktywnych olejów z pestek malin, aronii i truskawki, zamkniętych w NLC w małotonażowej skali przemysłowej.Realizacja projektu wpłynie korzystnie na rozwiązanie problemów i przełamanie barier w dalszym rozwoju spółki oraz na podniesienie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa poprzez wdrożenie trzech innowacji produktowych. Wnioskodawca posiada wszelkie zasoby, w tym zasoby ludzkie, pozwalające na terminową i prawidłową realizację projektu. Sposób zarządzania projektem oparto na zbiorze standardów i usystematyzowanych praktyk metodyki IPMA International Project Management Association. W ramach projektu zostaną wykorzystane zostaną narzędzia z zakresu: zarządzania ryzykiem, zarządzania zespołem projektowym, zarządzania zmianą, zarządzania interesariuszami. W trakcie zarządzania zostaną wykorzystane standardowe techniki planowania i kontrolingu projektu m.in.: wykres Gantta oraz budżet zadaniowy. Kierownikiem projektu będzie p. Grzegorz Wnęk. (Polish)

Project Development of the R & D laboratory in Euphora Grzegorz Wnęk will be implemented between 1.10.2018 and 30.06.2020 for 21 months. The project will purchase the research infrastructure necessary to carry out experimental development work, which will result in:1. Technology for the production of new NLC cosmetics with supercritical CO2 extraction method with black currant seed oil on an industrial scale,2. Technology for the production of a new type of NLC nanostructured lipid carriers using different types of bioactive vegetable oils from raspberry seeds, aronia and strawberry,3. Technology for the production of new fluid cosmetics or equaliser, lip gloss lipsticks and loose and pressed face products using the results of the second area: bioactive oils of raspberry seeds, aronia and strawberries, enclosed in the NLC on an industrial scale, will benefit from solving problems and breaking down barriers to the company’s further development and improving the company’s competitiveness through the implementation of three product innovations. The applicant shall have all resources, including human resources, enabling the project to be implemented in a timely and correct manner. Project management is based on a set of standards and systematic practices of IPMA International Project Management Association. The project will use tools for: risk management, project team management, change management, stakeholder management. In the course of management the standard planning and control techniques of the project will be used, including: Gantt chart and task budget. The project manager will be Mr Grzegorz Wnak. (English)

Le développement du laboratoire de recherche à euphora Grzegorz Węk sera mis en œuvre du 1er octobre 2018 au 30 juin 2020 pendant 21 mois. Le projet achètera l’infrastructure de recherche nécessaire au développement expérimental, ce qui se traduira par: 1. Technologie pour la production de nouveaux cosmétiques utilisant NLC avec le résultat d’une extraction supercritique avec de l’huile de graines de cassis de CO2 à petite échelle industrielle,2. Technologie pour la production de nouveaux types de supports lipidiques nanostructurés NLC utilisant divers types d’huiles végétales bioactives de framboises, d’aronia et d’huiles de fraises,3. Technologie pour la production de nouveaux produits cosmétiques ou d’égaliseurs fluides, de rouges à lèvres et de produits pour le visage en vrac et pressés en utilisant les résultats de la deuxième zone: les huiles bioactives provenant d’huiles de graines de framboise, d’aronia et de fraises, fermées à la NLC à petite échelle industrielle. La mise en œuvre du projet aura un impact positif sur la résolution des problèmes et la suppression des obstacles au développement de l’entreprise et l’amélioration de la compétitivité de l’entreprise grâce à la mise en œuvre de trois innovations de produits. Le demandeur dispose de toutes les ressources, y compris les ressources humaines, pour permettre la mise en œuvre du projet en temps utile et de manière correcte. La méthode de gestion de projet est fondée sur un ensemble de normes et de pratiques structurées de la méthodologie de l’Association internationale de gestion de projet de l’IPMA. Le projet utilisera des outils dans les domaines suivants: gestion des risques, gestion de l’équipe de projet, gestion du changement, gestion des parties prenantes. Les techniques normalisées de planification et de contrôle du projet seront utilisées au cours de la gestion, notamment: Tableau de Gantt et budget d’activité. Le chef de projet sera M. Grzegorz Węk.
