Przedmiotem projektu pn.: „Modernizacja energetyczna obiektów użyteczności publicznej w Płocku” jest realizacja inwestycji obejmującej zaprojektowanie i wykonanie kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej obiektów użyteczności publicznej Gminy-Miasto Płock. Zakres prac obejmie w szczególności modernizację instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, źródeł ciepła, instalacji wentylacji, instalacji ciepłej wody użytkowej, ocieplenie budynków, wymianę opraw oświetleniowych wraz z wymianą źródła światła oraz wykorzystanie OZE (powietrzna pompa ciepła). CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU-zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej 6 budynków użyteczności publicznej na terenie M.Płocka. Są to placówki oświatowe: 3 przedszkola, ośrodek szkolno-wychowawczy oraz 2 zespoły szkół. W wyniku modernizacji energetycznej obiekty te uzyskają poprawę efektywności energetycznej o co najmniej 25% w odniesieniu do stanu istniejącego. Przedmiotowe przedsię. stanowi odpowiedź na zidentyfikowane potrzeby w zakresie poprawy energetycznej obiektów publ. oraz zmniejszenia emisji zanieczyszczeń w Płocku–mieście w którym stwierdzono przekroczenia dopuszczalnych poziomów substancji szkodliwych w powietrzu. GRUPA DOCELOWA-dzieci, uczniowie i młodzież oraz pracownicy bezpośrednio korzystający z obiektów. Z efektów środowiskowych projektu korzystać będą wszyscy mieszkańcy miasta oraz turyści. Projekt będzie realizowany w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Beneficjent zgodnie z przepisami Ustawy PZP zawarł umowę z wykonawcą prac projektowych i prac budowlano-montażowych. W ramach przedmiotowego proj. realizowana będzie tylko część z szerszego zakresu wynikającego z umowy z wykonawcą. Projekt będzie realizowany jednoetapowo z zastosowaniem optymalnych technik i technologii stosowanych przy realizacji tego typu projektów. Przeprowadzona w studium analiza potwierdza, że projekt jest wykonalny pod względem technicznym, finansowym i organizacyjnym. Beneficjent posiada zdolność do zachowania efektów proj. w okresie trwałości. (Polish)

The subject of the project is: “Energy modernisation of public utility facilities in Płock” is the realisation of an investment involving the design and execution of comprehensive energy modernisation of public utility facilities of the Municipality-City Płock. The scope of work will include, in particular, modernisation of central heating, heat sources, ventilation system, hot water installation, warming of buildings, replacement of luminaires with light source exchange and the use of RES (air heat pump). Main objective of the project – Increasing the energy efficiency of 6 public buildings in M.Płock. These are educational establishments: 3 kindergartens, school and education center and 2 school teams. As a result of energy modernisation, these facilities will achieve an energy efficiency improvement of at least 25 % in relation to the existing state. This is a response to the identified needs in terms of energy improvement of publ facilities and the reduction of pollutant emissions in Płock-city where the limit levels of harmful substances in the air have been exceeded. Target group-children, pupils and young people and workers using the facilities directly. The environmental effects of the project will be enjoyed by all residents of the city and tourists. The project will be implemented in the “design and build” formula. The beneficiary, in accordance with the provisions of the PZP Act, concluded an agreement with the contractor of design works and construction and assembly works. Only part of the wider scope resulting from the contract with the contractor will be implemented under this project. The project will be implemented in one step using optimal techniques and technologies used in the implementation of such projects. The analysis carried out in the study confirms that the project is technically feasible, financially and organizationally feasible. The beneficiary shall have the capacity to maintain the project effects during its durability. (English)

L’objet du projet: La «modernisation énergétique des services publics à Płock» est la mise en œuvre d’un investissement impliquant la conception et l’exécution d’une modernisation énergétique globale des services publics de la municipalité-ville de Płock. Les travaux porteront notamment sur la modernisation des installations de chauffage central, des sources de chaleur, des installations de ventilation, des installations d’eau chaude sanitaire, du réchauffement des bâtiments, du remplacement des luminaires par le remplacement d’une source lumineuse et de l’utilisation de SER (pompe à chaleur à air). Principal OBJECTIF DU PROJET — accroître l’efficacité énergétique de 6 bâtiments publics de M.Płock. Il s’agit d’établissements d’enseignement: 3 jardins d’enfants, un centre scolaire et 2 équipes scolaires. Ces installations permettront d’améliorer l’efficacité énergétique d’au moins 25 % par rapport à l’état actuel grâce à la modernisation énergétique. Cette entreprise répond aux besoins identifiés en termes d’amélioration énergétique des usines de publ et de réduction des émissions de polluants dans la ville de Płock où des dépassements des valeurs limites pour les substances nocives dans l’air ont été constatés. Children’s Docel Group, les étudiants et les jeunes et le personnel utilisant directement les installations. Tous les résidents et les touristes bénéficieront des effets environnementaux du projet. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans la formule «conception et construction». Le bénéficiaire, conformément aux dispositions de la loi PZP, a conclu un accord avec l’entrepreneur des travaux de conception, de construction et d’assemblage. Dans le cadre de ce projet, seule une partie du champ d’application plus large résultant du contrat conclu avec le contractant sera mise en œuvre. Le projet sera mis en œuvre en une seule étape en utilisant les techniques et technologies optimales utilisées pour la mise en œuvre de ces projets. L’analyse réalisée dans le cadre de l’étude confirme que le projet est techniquement, financièrement et organisationnelment réalisable. Le bénéficiaire a la capacité de maintenir les effets du projet pendant la période de durabilité. (French)
