Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołomińskim. Grupę docelową projektu stanowić będzie ogółem 399 osób (187 kobiet, 212 mężczyzn) w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych, pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołomińskim. Wśród otoczonych wsparciem znajdzie się: - 80 osób (40 kobiet, 40 mężczyzn) długotrwale bezrobotnych, - 50 osób (10 kobiet, 40 mężczyzn) w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - 2 osoby (1 kobieta, 1 mężczyzna) z niepełnosprawnościami, - 168 osób (40 kobiet, 128 mężczyzn) o niskich kwalifikacjach do poziomu ICED 3, - 3 osoby (3 mężczyzn) bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat. Każdemu uczestnikowi przedstawiona zostanie konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych, które zostaną u niego zidentyfikowane i określone w Indywidualnym Planie Działania. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Volomin County. The target group of the project will consist of a total of 399 people (187 women, 212 men) aged 30 years and more belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Volomin County. Among those surrounded by support there will be: — 80 people (40 women, 40 men) long-term unemployed, – 50 people (10 women, 40 men) aged 50 years and over, – 2 people (1 female, 1 man) with disabilities, – 168 people (40 women, 128 men) low-skilled to ICED 3, – 3 persons (3 men) unemployed men 30-49 years old. Each participant will be presented with a specific offer of professional activation preceded by an analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems, which will be identified and specified in the Individual Action Plan. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus appartenant à des groupes défavorisés qui sont sans emploi dans le district Volomanien. Le groupe cible du projet sera de 399 personnes (187 femmes, 212 hommes) âgées de 30 ans et plus appartenant à des groupes défavorisés sans emploi dans la voïvodie de Volomania. Entouré de soutien, il y aura: — 80 personnes (40 femmes, 40 hommes) sans emploi de longue durée, — 50 personnes (10 femmes, 40 hommes) de 50 ans et plus, — 2 personnes (1 femme, 1 homme) handicapées, — 168 personnes (40 femmes, 128 hommes) ayant de faibles qualifications jusqu’au niveau 3 de la CIED, — 3 personnes (3 hommes) sans emploi hommes âgés de 30 à 49 ans. Chaque participant recevra une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle, précédée d’une analyse des compétences, des prédispositions et des problèmes professionnels, qui seront identifiés et précisés dans le plan d’action individuel.
