Głównym celem realizowanego projektu jest wzrost dostępności wysokiej jakości usług społecznych użyteczności publicznej, w grupie 95 osób wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Gminy Żyrzyn i Gminy Kazimierz Dolny do 31.12.2021 r. Grupę docelową stanowi 95 osób wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Gminy Żyrzyn i Gminy Kazimierz Dolny. Są to: - dzieci i młodzież w wieku 6 -16 lat pochodzące z rodzin wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym - 50 os. - rodzice i prawni opiekunowie dzieci pochodzących z rodzin wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ. - 45 os. Projekt zakłada rozwój różnych form wsparcia rodziny w gminie wiejskiej województwa lubelskiego, w której zidentyfikowano brak takich usług wsparcia ZADANIA: 1. ROZWÓJ PLACÓWEK WSPARCIA DZIENNEGO NA TERENIE POWIATU PUŁAWSKIEGO w ramach którego utworzona zostanie na terenie Gminy Żyrzyn 1 Świetlica Środowiskowa w Zagrodach (20 miejsc) oraz na terenie Gminy Kazimierz Dolny w Kazimierzu Dolnym (20 miejsc) - 40 nowych miejsc. (KRYT. SPEC.1) 2. ROZSZERZENIE DZIAŁALNOŚCI MIĘDZYGMINNEGO PUNKTU KONSULTACYJNO-DORADCZEGO O GMINĘ KAZIMIERZ DOLNY w ramach działania Punktu rodziny objęte projektem będą mogły skorzystać z bezpłatnych spotkań z psychologiem, 2 terapeutami, mediatorem rodzinnym oraz prawnikiem. Zaplanowane w projekcie kompleksowe działania na rzecz rozwoju systemu wsparcia rodziny przyczynią się do podniesienia jakości usług społecznych oraz ograniczenia jednej z istotnych barier jaką jest wykluczenie z dostępu do podstawowych usług publicznych warunkujących możliwości rozwojowe osobom wykluczonym, bądź zagrożonym ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, zwłaszcza osobom starszym, niepełnosprawnym i niesamodzielnym, wzrostu liczby miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych. The main objective of the project is to increase the availability of high-quality social services of general interest, in a group of 95 people excluded or at risk of poverty and social exclusion from the municipality of Żyrzyn and Kazimierz Dolny until 31.12.2021. The target group consists of 95 people excluded or at risk of poverty and social exclusion from the area of Żyrzyn commune and Kazimierz Dolny. These are: — children and adolescents aged 6-16 from families excluded or at risk of poverty and social exclusion – 50 people. — parents and legal guardians of children from families excluded or at risk of poverty and social exclusion. — 45 people. The project involves the development of various forms of family support in the rural commune of lubelskie voivodship, in which the lack of such support services ADOPTED: 1. Development of daily WSPARCIA facilities IN THE TERENIE of Puławy Poviat, within which it will be established in the commune of Żyrzyn 1 Środowiskowa Świetlica w Zagrody (20 places) and in the Kazimierz Dolny commune in Kazimierz Dolny (20 places) – 40 new places. Extension of the activity of the Intercommunity Consultative and Advisory PUNKT On the commune KAZIMIERZ FREE within the framework of the action of the Family Point covered by the project will be able to benefit from free meetings with a psychologist, 2 therapists, a family mediator and a lawyer. The project’s comprehensive actions for the development of the family support system will contribute to improving the quality of social services and reducing one of the important barriers of exclusion from access to basic public services that are conditional on the development of people who are excluded, or at risk of poverty and social exclusion, especially for the elderly, disabled and dependent, increasing the number of places to provide social services. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître la disponibilité de services sociaux d’intérêt général de qualité, parmi 95 personnes exclues ou menacées de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale de la zone de la commune de Žyrzyn et de Kazimierz Dolny d’ici au 31.12.2021. Le groupe cible est composé de 95 personnes exclues ou menacées de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale de la zone de la commune et de la municipalité de Kazimierz Dolny. Il s’agit de: — les enfants et les jeunes âgés de 6 à 16 ans issus de familles exclues ou menacées de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale — 50 personnes. — parents et tuteurs légaux des enfants issus de familles exclues ou menacées de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale. 45 personnes. Le projet porte sur le développement de diverses formes de soutien familial dans la commune rurale de Lubelskie voïvodie, où l’absence de tels services de soutien a été constatée: 1. Développement de la journée SOUTIEN PLATING POUR LEURS du district de Puławy, qui sera créé dans la zone de la municipalité de l’environnement de Žyrzyn 1 dans des stylos (20 sièges) et dans la municipalité de Kazimierz Dolny à Kazimierz Dolny (20 places) — 40 nouveaux endroits. L’extension des activités de l’inter-municipal communal CONSULTATION-ORD POINT pour la communauté KAZIMIERZ Dolny dans le cadre de l’action du Family Point couvert par le projet permettra de profiter de rencontres gratuites avec un psychologue, 2 thérapeutes, un médiateur familial et un avocat. Les mesures globales prévues dans le projet de développement du système d’aide à la famille contribueront à améliorer la qualité des services sociaux et à réduire l’un des principaux obstacles à l’accès aux services publics de base qui sont conditionnés par les possibilités de développement des personnes exclues ou menacées de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale, en particulier pour les personnes âgées, handicapées et dépendantes, ce qui augmentera le nombre de places pour fournir des services sociaux.
