Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołomińskim. Grupą docelową projektu jest 349 osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołomińskim dla których został określony I lub II profil pomocy. W grupie docelowej projektu są: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia 115 os. (50K 65M), osoby niepełnosprawne 11 os. (5K 6M) oraz osoby długotrwale bezrobotne 172 os. (80K 92M). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Volomin County. The target group of the project is 349 people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups without a job in the Wallomin district for whom the I or II aid profile has been defined. In the target group of the project are: people over 50 years of age 115 people. (50K 65M), persons with disabilities 11 persons (5K 6M) and long-term unemployed 172 persons. (80K 92M). As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office will implement support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus appartenant à des groupes défavorisés sans emploi dans la voïvodie de Volomin. Le groupe cible du projet est de 349 personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus appartenant à des groupes défavorisés qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Volomin pour lequel le profil d’aide I ou II a été défini. Dans le groupe cible du projet sont: personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans 115 personnes. (50K 65M), personnes handicapées 11 personnes. (5K 6M) et les chômeurs de longue durée 172 personnes. (80K 92M). Dans le cadre du projet pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, le Bureau du travail de Poviat fournira un soutien sous la forme de services et d’instruments du marché du travail visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail.
