Potrzebna realizacji projektu pojawiła się w ostatnich latach i wynika ze zbliżającego się końca okresu żywotności technicznej urządzeń. Dotychczas inwestycja nie została zrealizowana z uwagi na brak środków finansowych. Potrzeba realizacji projektu wynika z potrzeb i problemów interesariuszy: l. potrzeb mieszkańców gminy Ostrów Lubelski w zakresie dostaw wody pitnej oraz mieszkańców, dla których uciążliwy jest obecny sposób rozliczenia usług 2. problemów konserwatora obsługującego psujące się urządzenia, co generuje wysokie koszty i zagrożenia dla środowiska 3. obowiązków władz lokalnych powołanych do zapewnienia dostaw dobrej jakości wody pitnej oraz tworzenia warunków do rozwoju gminy. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią w/w interesariusze główni, a pośrednio również interesariusze przedmiotowi: środowisko naturalne i jego zasoby oraz potencjalni inwestorzy i turyści. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie poziomu oraz jakości usług komunalnych w zakresie dostaw wody pitnej na terenie gminy Ostrów Lubelski. Zadania przewidziane w projekcie to: studium wykonalności; wymiana i przebudowa sieci wodociągowej istniejącego wodociągu na terenie miasta Ostrów Lubelski; rozbudowa części technologicznej Stacji Uzdatniania Wody; budowa instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 7,95 kWp zlokalizowanej na gruncie; sprawowanie nadzoru inwestorskiego; promocja projektu (2xtablica informacyjno-pamiątkowa, 2xogłoszenie do prasy); wykonanie systemu ICT; zarządzanie projektem. Rezultaty projektu to: l. dodatkowych os. korzystających z ulepszonego zaopatrz. w wodę-100;przewidywana l. os. korzystających z ulepszonego zaopatrz. w wodę-2438;wydajność dobowa ujęć wody-360;l. wsparty stacji uzdatniania wody-1. Dla nowych odbiorców wody jest zapewnione prawidłowe zagospodarowanie ścieków przez sieć kanalizacyjną. (Polish)

The necessary implementation of the project has emerged in recent years and results from the approaching end of the technical life of the equipment. So far, the investment has not been realised due to a lack of financial resources. The need to implement the project stems from the needs and problems of stakeholders: L. the needs of residents of Ostrów Lubelski commune in terms of the supply of drinking water and residents, for whom the current method of settlement of services of 2. problems of the conservator operating perishable devices, which generates high costs and risks to the environment, 3 obligations of local authorities appointed to ensure the supply of good quality drinking water and creating conditions for the development of the municipality. The project target group shall be the main stakeholders and indirectly the stakeholders concerned: the environment and its resources and potential investors and tourists. The main objective of the project is to increase the level and quality of municipal services in the field of drinking water supply in Ostrów Lubelski commune. The tasks provided for in the project are: a feasibility study; replacement and reconstruction of the existing water supply network in Ostrów Lubelski; expansion of the technological part of the Water Treatment Station; construction of a 7,95 kWp photovoltaic installation located on the ground; carrying out investor supervision; promotion of the project (2xinformation and souvenir table, 2x press release); implementation of the ICT system; it’s project management. The results of the project are: L. additional persons using improved water supply-100;predicted L. people using improved water supply-2438; daily capacity of water intakes-360;l. supported by water treatment stations-1. For new water customers the proper management of sewage through the sewage network is ensured. (English)

La mise en œuvre nécessaire du projet a vu le jour ces dernières années et est due à la fin imminente de la durée de vie technique de l’équipement. L’investissement n’a pas encore été réalisé en raison d’un manque de ressources financières. La nécessité de mettre en œuvre le projet est due aux besoins et aux problèmes des parties prenantes: l. les besoins des habitants de la commune d’Ostrów Lubelski en termes d’approvisionnement en eau potable et de résidents, pour lesquels la méthode actuelle d’établissement des services est difficile; les problèmes liés à la manutention des équipements périssables, qui génèrent des coûts et des risques élevés pour l’environnement; 3. les obligations des autorités locales désignées pour assurer l’approvisionnement en eau potable de bonne qualité et créer les conditions de développement de la municipalité. Le groupe cible du projet est constitué des principales parties prenantes et indirectement également des parties prenantes concernées: L’environnement et ses ressources, les investisseurs potentiels et les touristes. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer le niveau et la qualité des services municipaux dans le domaine de l’approvisionnement en eau potable dans la municipalité d’Ostrów Lubelski. Les tâches envisagées dans le projet sont les suivantes: étude de faisabilité; le remplacement et la reconstruction du réseau d’approvisionnement en eau existant à Ostrów Lubelski; extension de la partie technologique de la station de traitement de l’eau; construction d’une installation photovoltaïque de 7,95 kWp située au sol; l’exercice de la surveillance des investisseurs; promotion du projet (2xTableau d’information et de commémoration, 2xAvis de presse); mise en œuvre du système TIC; gestion de projet. Les résultats du projet sont les suivants: l. personnes supplémentaires utilisant un approvisionnement en eau amélioré-100; prévu l. pers. utilisant l’amélioration de l’approvisionnement en eau-2438; capacité quotidienne des prises d’eau-360;l. appuyé par les stations de traitement de l’eau-1. Pour les nouveaux consommateurs d’eau, une bonne gestion des eaux usées par l’intermédiaire du réseau d’assainissement est assurée. (French)
