Projekt dotyczy budowy i doposażenia Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) w miejscowości Klembów. Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje projekt, roboty budowlane, nadzór, zakup wyposażenia PSZOK, a także działania promocyjne związane z projektem. W PSZOK zbieranych będzie 16 frakcji odp. (zgodnych z Katalogiem odpadów - zał. do Regulaminu konkursu): papier, tworzywa sztuczne, szkło, opakowania wielomateriałowe, zmieszane odp. opakowaniowe, przeterminowane leki, chemikalia oraz zanieczyszczone opakowania, zużyte baterie i akumulatory, zużyty sprzęt elektr. i elektron., meble i inne odpady wielkogabarytowe, odpady budowlane i rozbiórkowe, zużyte opony, odpady zielone, odzież i tekstylia inne niż biodegradowalne, popioły, inne odp. nie wymienione wyżej. W PSZOK będzie funkcjonował punkt napraw oraz punkt przyjmowania rzeczy używanych niestanowiących odpadów, celem ponownego użycia. Planowana jest też promocyjna akcja edukacyjna dot. Selektywnej zbiórki odpadów. Projekt obejmuje 100% mieszkańców gminy Klembów. Zostaną utworzone dwa miejsca pracy. PSZOK otwarty będzie min. 8 godz., 5 dni w tygodniu, w tym sobota, min. do godz. 19:00. W ramach projektu przewiduje się: wykonanie prac związanych z zagospodarowaniem terenu (utwardzenie, nasadzenia zieleni, wiata pod kontenery otwarte), zakup i ustawienie pojemników i kontenerów na odpady, oświetlenie terenu, ogrodzenie, oznakowanie poziome placu, tablice informacyjne i edukacyjne. Dzięki realizacji projektu poprawie ulegnie system gospodarki odpadami w gminie. Planowana inwestycja została wpisana do Planu inwestycyjnego dla województwa mazowieckiego w ramach Planu gospodarki odpadami dla województwa mazowieckiego 2022 i będzie realizowana we wschodnim regionie gospodarki odpadami komunalnymi, gdzie nie uwzględniono komponentu dot. termicznego przekształcania odpadów. The project concerns the construction and retrofitting of the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Klembów. The project includes a project, construction works, supervision, purchase of PSZOK equipment, as well as promotional activities related to the project. In PSZOK 16 fractions will be collected. (according to the Waste Catalogue – Annex to the Rules of Procedure of the contest): paper, plastics, glass, multimaterial packaging, mixed packaging, expired medicines, chemicals and contaminated packaging, used batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electron equipment, furniture and other large-size waste, building and demolition waste, used tyres, green waste, clothing and textiles other than biodegradable, other than those listed. The PSZOK will have a repair point and a reception point for non-waste items for reuse. An educational campaign is also planned. Selective waste collection. The project covers 100 % of the inhabitants of the municipality of Klembów. Two jobs will be created. PSZOK will be open at least 8 hours, 5 days a week, including Saturday, min. until hours. 19:00 A.M. The project envisages: execution of works related to land management (creating, planting of greens, worlds for open containers), purchase and installation of containers and containers for waste, land lighting, fence, horizontal marking of the square, information and educational boards. The project will improve the waste management system in the commune. The planned investment was included in the Investment Plan for Mazowieckie voivodship as part of the Waste Management Plan for Mazowieckie voivodship 2022 and will be implemented in the eastern region of municipal waste management, where the component for thermal waste conversion is not included.
