Celem głównym projektu jest "Poprawa stanu gospodarki ściekowej na terenie Gminy Bełżec przyczyniająca się do minimalizacji zagrożeń epidemiologicznych oraz zmniejszenie zanieczyszczenia środowiska naturalnego". Realizacja projektu umożliwi poprawę stanu infrastruktury technicznej (kanalizacja) oraz zapobiegnie degradacji środowiska naturalnego, które stanowi podstawę potencjału rozwoju Gminy i wpływa zdecydowanie na podniesienie jakości życia mieszkańców. Grupą docelową, która odniesie bezpośrednie korzyści z realizacji Projektu na poziomie jego realizacji będą: * mieszkańcy miejscowości Bełżec * instytucje oraz organizacje znajdujące się w miejscowości Bełżec * firmy, przedsiębiorcy oraz osoby prowadzące działalność gospodarczą w obrębie miejscowości Bełżec * mieszkańcy Gminy Bełżec, * instytucje oraz organizacje znajdujące się w Gminie Bełżec. Planowane przedsięwzięcie obejmuje: - wykonanie sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej podciśnieniowej z rur PE 90, PE 125, PE 160, PE 225; -wykonanie sieci grawitacyjnej z rur PCV - U -160; - wykonanie przyłączy grawitacyjnych z rur PCV - U -160; - wykonanie studni zbiorczych (zaworowych); - wykonanie studni rewizyjnych, oraz zakup i montaż prasy do odwadniania osadu nadmiernego wraz z linią do higienizacji osadu wapnem. Kanalizacja sanitarna zostanie wykonana na ulicach: Czarnieckiego, Wiejska, Kolejowa, Świerkowa, Jodłowa, Partyzantów, Reja, Piaseckiego, Leśna, Spokojna, Osiedlowa, Wrzosowa. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte poniższe wskaźniki rezultatu: 1) liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków - 540 osób 2) Przewidywana liczba osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków - 540 osób, 3) wybudowana sieć kanalizacyjna o łącznej długości 8949,50 m.4) powierzchnia terenów objęta działaniem zakupionego sprzętu - 1954,21 ha 5) Liczba wspartych stanowisk monitoringiem środowiska - 121 szt.Czarnieckiego (Polish)

The main objective of the project is “Improving the state of sewage management in the municipality of Bełżec contributing to minimising epidemiological risks and reducing environmental pollution”. The implementation of the project will make it possible to improve the state of the technical infrastructure (canalisation) and prevent the degradation of the natural environment, which forms the basis of the development potential of the municipality and significantly improves the quality of life of residents. The target group, which will benefit directly from the implementation of the Project at the level of its implementation, will be: * residents of Bełżec * institutions and organisations located in the town of Bełżec * companies, entrepreneurs and persons doing business within the town of Bełżec * residents of the commune Bełżec, * institutions and organisations located in the Bełżec Commune. The planned project shall include: — construction of a vacuum sanitary sewage system made of pipes PE 90, PE 125, PE 160, PE 225; —implementation of the gravitational net made of PVC pipes – U -160; — execution of gravitational connections made of PVC pipes – U -160; — production of aggregate wells (valve wells); — execution of inspection wells, and purchase and assembly of a press to drain excessive sludge along with a line for hygienic lime sediment. Sanitary Sewerage will be made on the streets: Czarniecki, Rural, Kolejowa, Świerkowa, Jodłowa, Partyzantów, Reja, Piasecki, Leśna, Spokojna, Osiedlowa, Wrzosowa. The following result indicators will be achieved as a result of the project: 1) number of additional persons benefiting from improved waste water treatment – 540 persons 2) The estimated number of persons benefiting from improved waste water treatment – 540 persons, 3) built sewage network with a total length of 8949.50 m.4) area of land covered by the operation of purchased equipment – 1954.21 ha 5) Number of supported environmental monitoring stations – 121 pieces of Czarniecki (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est «l’amélioration de la gestion des eaux usées dans la municipalité de Bełżec, en contribuant à réduire au minimum les risques épidémiologiques et à réduire la pollution de l’environnement». La mise en œuvre du projet permettra d’améliorer l’état de l’infrastructure technique (assainissement) et de prévenir la dégradation de l’environnement, qui est la base du potentiel de développement de la municipalité et améliore considérablement la qualité de vie des résidents. Le groupe cible qui bénéficiera directement de la mise en œuvre du projet au niveau de sa mise en œuvre sera: * résidents de Bełżec * institutions et organisations situées à Bełżec * entreprises, entrepreneurs et personnes exerçant des activités commerciales à Bełżec * résidents de la commune de Bełżec, * institutions et organisations situées dans la commune de Bełżec. Le projet prévu comprend: — construction d’un réseau d’assainissement sous vide à partir de tuyaux PE 90, PE 125, PE 160, PE 225; —exécution d’un réseau de gravité à partir de tuyaux en PVC — U -160; — construction de raccords par gravité à partir de tuyaux en PVC — U -160; — performance des puits collectifs (valves); — construction de puits d’audit, ainsi que l’achat et l’assemblage de presses pour l’assèchement des boues excessives ainsi qu’une ligne d’hygiénisation des sédiments calcaires. Des égouts sanitaires seront effectués dans les rues: Czarniecki, Rural, Chemin de fer, Świerkowa, Jodłowa, Partisan, Reja, Piasecki, Forêt, Paix, Établissement, Heather. Les indicateurs de résultat suivants seront atteints grâce au projet: 1) nombre de personnes supplémentaires utilisant un traitement amélioré des eaux usées — 540 personnes 2) Nombre prévu de personnes utilisant un traitement amélioré des eaux usées — 540 personnes, 3) réseau d’assainissement construit d’une longueur totale de 8 949,50 m.4) la superficie couverte par l’activité de l’équipement acheté — 1 954,21 ha 5) Nombre de sites soutenus par la surveillance de l’environnement — 121 Cherniecki (French)
