Celem gł. projektu jest poprawa jakości środowiska naturalnego na terenie Gminy Sławatycze wpływająca na polepszenie jakości życia społeczności lokalnej oraz wzrost konkurencyjności obszaru. C. szczegółowymi są: 1.Zoptymalizowanie działań zwiększających efektywność energetyczną sektora publicznego; 2.Łagodzenie zmian klimatu poprzez ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery; 3.Zwiększ.wykorzyst.energii pochodzącej z OZE. Projekt obejmuje termomodernizację budynku GOPS przy ul. Włodawskiej 10 w Sławatyczach, Rezultatami projektu będą: Ilość zaoszczędz. energii: cieplnej - 853,07 GJ/rok; elektrycznej - 17,238 MWh/rok Produkcja energii z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzyst.OZE: cieplnej - 3,96355 MWht/rok; elektrycznej - 3,96355 MWhe/rok. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI34) - 79,07 tCO2/rok; Zmniejsz, rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publ- 246258,34 kWh/rok; Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii z OZE 0,05512 MW, w tym energii elektrycznej 0,05512 MWe, energii cieplnej 0,05 MWt Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych mocy wytwórczych/instalacji wykorzystujących OZE 33,33889 MWHt/rok. Wskaźniki produktu: Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków - 1 Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji 577,03 m2 Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej 1 szt, cieplnej 1 szt Zakres prac: * pompa ciepła 50kW, * wymiana instalacji c.o., wykonanie instalacji c.w.u. z zasobnikiem centralnym zasilanym z pompy ciepła oraz cyrkulacją, * ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, stropodachu * wymiana drzwi wejściowych i okien * instalacja oświetlenia LED, * instalacja PV 5,12 kWp, * system zarządzania energią. oraz * Promocja projektu * Przygotowanie dokumentacji .tech., zarządzanie Projekt wpłynie na realizację celów POP strefy lubelskiej .w zakresie poprawy jakości powietrza. Estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) – 79.07 tCO2/year; Reduce annual primary energy consumption in publ- 246258,34 kWh/year; Additional power generation capacity from RES 0,05512 MW, including electricity 0,05512 MWe, thermal power 0,05 MWt The production of heat from newly built generation capacity/installation using RES 33,33889 MWHt/year.
