Projekt „Debiut w biznesie” to projekt partnerski, realizowany w okresie 1.04.2017 r. -31.01.2019 r. Grupę docelową stanowi 50 osób (30K,20M) bezrobotnych w wieku 30lat i więcej, zamieszkałych w woj. lubelskim, znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. osób po 50rż, osób niepełnosprawnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, w tym min. 3 osób odchodzących z rolnictwa (min. 5% grupy docelowej) Celem projektu jest wzrost aktywności zawodowej uczestników poprzez wspieranie i rozwój przedsiębiorczości oraz zwiększenie liczby przedsiębiorstw tworzonych przez osoby bezrobotne w okresie 01.04.2017-31.01.2019 r. Projekt zapewnia kompleksowe wsparcie poprzez zastosowanie wszystkich form pomocy:diagnozę kompetencji zawodowych w zakresie prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej jako obowiązkowy element rekrutacjiszkolenia i doradztwo przygotowujące do rozpoczęcia działalności gospodarczejdotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczejwsparcie pomostowe w postaci indywidualnych usług doradczo-szkoleniowych o charakterze specjalistycznym i pomostowe wsparcie finansowe Wsparcie dostosowane do potrzeb, możliwości oraz predyspozycji do prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej uczestników. W wyniku realizacji projektu 40 osób bezrobotnych (24K, 16M) założy firmę (w woj. lubelskim) i będzie ją prowadzić przez min. 12m-cy, a min. 8 z nich (20%) utworzy w tym czasie dodatkowe miejsce pracy. The project “Department in Business” is a partnership project, implemented in the period 1.04.2017-31.01.2019. The target group is 50 people (30K,20M) unemployed at the age of 30 years and more, residing in the Lublin Voivodeship, who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, i.e. persons after 50K, who are unemployed, disabled persons, and low-skilled persons, including 3 persons leaving agriculture (min. 5 % of the target group).The aim of the project is to increase the number of vocational training in the field of vocational training, including 3 persons leaving agriculture (min. 5 % of the target group). As a result of the project, 40 unemployed people (24K, 16M) will set up the company (in the Lublin Voivodeship) and will run it for at least 12 months, and at least 8 of them (20 %) will create an additional workplace. Le projet «Debut in Business» est un projet de partenariat, mis en œuvre au cours de la période 01.04.2017-31.01.2019. Le groupe cible est composé de 50 personnes (30K,20 M) sans emploi âgés de 30 ans et plus, résidant dans la voïvodie de Lublin, qui se trouvent dans une situation particulièrement difficile sur le marché du travail, c’est-à-dire des personnes handicapées, des personnes peu qualifiées, dont au moins 3 personnes qui quittent l’agriculture (min. 5 % du groupe cible). L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’activité professionnelle des participants en soutenant et en développant l’esprit d’entreprise et en augmentant le nombre d’entreprises créées par des chômeurs au cours de la période 01.04.2017-31.01.2019. À la suite de ce projet, 40 chômeurs (24K, 16 millions) créeront l’entreprise (dans la voïvodie de Lubelskie) et la géreront pendant au moins 12 mois, et au moins 8 d’entre eux (20 %) créeront un lieu de travail supplémentaire à ce moment-là.
