Celem generalnym projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności LCM poprzez zaoferowanie nowych innowacyjnych produktów na rynkach dotychczas obsługiwanych oraz na 2 nowych rynkach zagranicznych- węgierskim i niemieckim. LCM działa na rynku magazynowych systemów wysokiego składowania i transportu bliskiego. Dotychczasowa działalność dotyczyła usług montażu, przeglądów technicznych i serwisu systemów magazynowych różnego typu- wnioskodawca ma ugruntowaną pozycję na tym rynku. Dynamiczny ilościowy i technologiczny rozwój sektora logistyki i magazynowania oraz wzrost automatyzacji i skomplikowania systemów to wyzwanie i szansa na aktywną odpowiedź na pojawiające się zapotrzebowania rynku i zdobycie przewagi konkurencyjnej w skali europejskiej. W związku ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami oferta wnioskodawcy poprzez realizację projektu zostanie rozszerzona. Zaoferuje on nowe, innowacyjne produkty oparte o własną produkcję podzespołów do budowy systemów magazynowych oraz - w przypadku istniejących magazynów - zautomatyzowane procesy przeglądów technicznych, przebudowy, relokacji i napraw serwisowych z własną produkcją części zamiennych i elementów do modernizacji tych systemów. Dodatkowo zbudowana linia produkcyjna do obróbki metali i lakierowania umożliwi rozszerzenie kręgu odbiorców, oferując realizację zleceń produkcji dla szeroko pojętego przemysłu. Wnioskodawca zabezpieczył zaplecze techniczne w postaci hali produkcyjnej i budynku biurowo-magazynowego, a także zaplecze kapitałowe na pokrycie części kosztów projektu. Musi pozyskać dla pełnej realizacji projektu środki na inwestycję w maszyny, urządzenia oraz wykonanie dedykowanego oprogramowania. Zatrudni także nowych pracowników do obsługi nowej linii technologicznej. Projekt poprzez działanie w sferze produkcji przemysłowej i automatyki wpisuje się w cele RSI WL i RPO WL. Dzięki jego realizacji zostaną osiągnięte cele na poziomie produktu określone w sekcji C.II i cele na poziomie rezultatów określone w sekcji C.III. (Polish)

The general objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the LCM by offering new innovative products on the markets previously served and on 2 new foreign markets – Hungary and Germany. LCM operates in the market for high storage and close-to-use storage systems. Previous activities concerned assembly services, technical inspections and maintenance of different types of storage systems – the applicant has a well-established position in this market. The dynamic quantitative and technological development of the logistics and storage sector and the increase in automation and complexity of systems are a challenge and an opportunity to actively respond to emerging market demands and gain competitive advantage on a European scale. In view of the diagnosed needs, the offer of the applicant through the implementation of the project will be extended. It will offer new, innovative products based on its own production of components for the construction of warehouse systems and, in the case of existing warehouses, automated technical inspection processes, conversions, relocations and repairs with own production of spare parts and components for the modernisation of these systems. In addition, the built production line for metal machining and coating will allow to expand the circle of customers by offering the execution of production orders for the wider industry. The applicant secured technical facilities in the form of a production hall and office and warehouse building, as well as capital facilities to cover part of the project’s costs. It must acquire funds for the full implementation of the project for the investment in machines, devices and the execution of dedicated software. It will also employ new employees to operate the new technology line. The project, through its activities in the field of industrial production and automation, is in line with the objectives of RSI WL and RPO WL. It will achieve the product-level objectives set out in Section C.II and the results level targets set out in Section C.III. (English)
