Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia wyników prac badawczo - rozwojowych, które zostały przeprowadzone przez Wnioskodawcę, do działalności operacyjnej przedsiębiorstwa. W efekcie oferta P.P. Margomed zostanie uzupełniona o nowy produkt - trzyczęściową strzykawkę do iniekcji o nazwie handlowej ProInject, stając się ofertą kompleksową w wymiarze strzykawek jednorazowych. Opracowany produkt charakteryzują innowacyjne rozwiązania, które decydują o jego unikalnych parametrach użytkowych, dających przewagę nad produktami konkurencyjnymi. Uruchomienie produkcji ww. wyrobu będzie możliwe w następstwie realizacji harmonogramu rzeczowo - finansowego, w zakresie opisanym w dziale D wniosku o dofinansowanie. Wdrożenie przedmiotowej inwestycji wiąże się z wymiernymi korzyściami ekonomicznymi: nastąpi poprawa pozycji konkurencyjnej przedsiębiorstwa na rynku krajowym, w tym powiększenie udziału w rynku produktów medycznych jednorazowego użytku, rozpoczęcie sprzedaży eksportowej na dwa nowe rynki zagraniczne i systematyczna poprawa pozycji konkurencyjnej na ww. rynkach, podniesienie poziomu innowacyjności przedsiębiorstwa w wymiarze produktowym i technologicznym, wzrost zatrudnienia w przedsiębiorstwie, w tym o kadrę wysokowykwalifikowaną, wyeliminowanie ponoszonych obecnie kosztów utraconych korzyści wynikających z niepełnego wykorzystania wybranych maszyn i urządzeń. W ramach projektu planuje się wykorzystanie nowoczesnych technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych oraz nawiązanie współpracy z jednostką naukową w celu zapewnienia sprawnego uruchomienia procesu produkcji i jego szybką optymalizację. Sprzedaż nowego produktu zostanie oparta na sprawdzonych kanałach dystrybucji - współpraca z hurtowniami wyrobów medycznych, w tym nastąpi rozszerzenie wymiany handlowej z obecnymi, stałymi klientami przedsiębiorstwa (patrz załączone do wniosku listy intencyjne). The project concerns the implementation of the R & D results, which were carried out by the Applicant, to the operational activities of the company. As a result, the offer of P.P. Margomed will be supplemented with a new product – a three-piece injection syringe called ProInject, becoming a comprehensive offer in the dimension of disposable syringes. The developed product is characterised by innovative solutions that determine its unique performance, giving an advantage over competing products. It will be possible to launch the production of the above-mentioned product following the implementation of the factual and financial schedule, within the scope described in Section D of the application for funding. The implementation of this investment entails measurable economic benefits: there will be an improvement in the competitive position of the company on the domestic market, including increasing the market share of disposable medical products, starting export sales to two new foreign markets and systematically improving its competitive position in these markets, increasing the level of innovation of the company in terms of product and technology, increasing employment in the enterprise, including highly qualified personnel, eliminating the costs of lost benefits due to under-use of selected machines and equipment. The project plans to use modern information and communication technologies and to establish cooperation with the scientific unit to ensure efficient commissioning of the production process and its rapid optimisation. The sale of the new product will be based on proven distribution channels – cooperation with wholesale medical devices, including the expansion of trade with the company’s current regular customers (see the lists of intent attached to the application). Le projet concerne la mise en œuvre des résultats des travaux de recherche et de développement menés par la requérante pour les activités opérationnelles de l’entreprise. En conséquence, l’offre de M. MARGOMED sera complétée par un nouveau produit — une seringue à injection en trois parties appelée ProInject, devenant une offre complète dans la dimension des seringues jetables. Le produit développé se caractérise par des solutions innovantes qui déterminent sa performance unique, donnant un avantage sur les produits concurrents. Il sera possible de commencer la production du produit susmentionné à la suite de la mise en œuvre du calendrier matériel et financier, dans le cadre du champ d’application décrit à la section D de la demande de financement. La mise en œuvre de cet investissement comporte des avantages économiques tangibles: la position concurrentielle de l’entreprise sur le marché intérieur sera améliorée, notamment l’augmentation de la part de marché des produits médicaux à usage unique, le démarrage des ventes à l’exportation sur deux nouveaux marchés étrangers et l’amélioration systématique de sa position concurrentielle sur les marchés susmentionnés, l’augmentation du niveau des produits et des innovations technologiques de l’entreprise, l’augmentation de l’emploi dans l’entreprise, y compris le personnel hautement qualifié, et l’élimination des coûts actuels des pertes d’avantages résultant de la sous-utilisation de machines et d’équipements sélectionnés. Le projet prévoit d’utiliser les technologies de pointe de l’information et de la communication et d’établir une coopération avec une unité scientifique afin d’assurer un démarrage sans heurt du processus de production et son optimisation rapide. La vente du nouveau produit se fera sur la base de canaux de distribution éprouvés — coopération avec les grossistes d’appareils médicaux, y compris l’expansion des échanges avec les clients réguliers actuels de l’entreprise (voir les lettres d’intention jointes à la demande).
