Obiectivul general: Sprijin oferit catre 372 tineri NEETs din Regiunea Vest, cu accent pe certificarea a 279 dintre ei in vederea integrarii durabile pe piata muncii a 164 dintre acestia, de-a lungul a 24 luni Imbunatatirea competentelor tinerilor NEETs prin activitatile de formare si evaluarea acestora nu au ca beneficiu doar dezvoltarea personala a participantilor, ci si dezvoltarea capitalului uman tanar cu impact major asupra cresterii calitatii muncii acestuia. Pe termen lung, efectul pozitiv al implementarii proiectului este promovarea unei ocupari sustenabile si de calitate a fortei de munca reprezentata de tinerii NEETs cu varsta cuprinsa intre 16 si 29 ani, sprijinirea mobilitatii fortei de munca, cresterea competitivitatii si corelarea programelor de formare continua in vederea dezvoltarii competentelor dobandite, cu evolutia pietei muncii. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea Obiectivelor Specifice ale Apelului (Obiectivul Specific. 2.1 - Cresterea ocuparii tinerilor NEETs someri cu varsta intre 16 - 29 ani, inregistrati la Serviciul Public de Ocupare, cu rezidenta in regiunile eligibile si Obiectivul Specific 2.2 - Imbunatatirea nivelului de competente, inclusiv prin evaluarea si certificarea competentelor dobandite in sistem non-formal si informal al tinerilor NEETs someri cu varsta intre 16 - 29 ani, inregistrati la Serviciul Public de Ocupare, cu rezidenta in regiunile eligibile. Objectif général: Soutien à 372 NEET de la Région Ouest, en mettant l’accent sur la certification de 279 d’entre eux pour une intégration durable dans le marché du travail de 164 d’entre eux, sur 24 mois Améliorer les compétences des NEET par des activités de formation et leur évaluation ont comme leur avantage non seulement le développement personnel des participants, mais aussi le développement de jeunes capital humain avec un impact majeur sur la qualité de leur travail. À long terme, l’effet positif de la mise en œuvre du projet est la promotion d’un emploi durable et de qualité pour les NEET âgés de 16 à 29 ans, le soutien à la mobilité de la main-d’œuvre, l’accroissement de la compétitivité et le lien entre les programmes de formation continue afin de développer les compétences acquises et l’évolution du marché du travail. General objective: Support to 372 NEETs from West Region, with a focus on the certification of 279 of them for sustainable integration into the labor market of 164 of them, over 24 months Improving the skills of NEETs through training activities and their evaluation have as their benefit not only the personal development of the participants, but also the development of young human capital with a major impact on the quality of their work. In the long term, the positive effect of the project implementation is the promotion of a sustainable and quality employment of NEETs between 16 and 29 years old, supporting labour mobility, increasing competitiveness and linking continuous training programs in order to develop acquired skills with the evolution of the labour market. The project contributes to the achievement of the specific objectives of the Call (Specific Objective. 2.1 — Increasing the employment of unemployed NEETs aged 16-29, registered with the Public Employment Service, with residency in eligible regions and Specific Objective 2.2 — Improving the level of competence, including by assessing and certifying skills acquired in a non-formal and informal system of unemployed NEETs aged 16-29 years, registered with the Public Employment Service, with residency in eligible regions.
