Celem proj. jest podjęcie i utrzymanie aktywności zawodowej 15 K (w tym 10 pracujących i 5 bezrobotnych/biernych zawodowo) z gminy Sulejów pełniących funkcje rodzicielskie poprzez zastosowanie kompleksowych działań w postaci zapewnienia 15 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do l.3 w formie żłobka w terminie do 31.08.2020. Szczegółowe działania projektowe obejmą: adaptację i dostosowanie pomieszczeń do potrzeb dzieci, zakup wyposażenia i innych elementów niezbędnych do organizacji opieki oraz bieżące funkcjonowanie miejsca opieki przez 12 miesięcy. Dzięki realizacji wszystkich działań rodzice zwiększą swoje szanse na aktywne uczestnictwo w rynku pracy. Dodatkowo przeprowadzone zostaną szeroko zakrojone działania informacyjne skierowane do rodziców z małymi dziećmi, które w postaci prostych i dostępnych komunikatów zachęcać będą do korzystania z możliwości opieki nad dziećmi. Działania te będą odpowiednio dostosowane do uwarunkowań środowiska lokalnego, gdzie nie ma wystarczająco rozwiniętej sieci instytucji opieki, a co za tym idzie często również świadomości rodzin co do możliwości korzystania z takiego wsparcia. Utworzony Żłobek zachowa instytucjonalną gotowość do świadczenia usług minimum przez dwa lata od zakończenia realizacji projektu, dzięki czemu na trwałe wpisze się w życie społeczności. Jest to niezwykle istotne nie tylko w świetle uwarunkowań lokalnych, które zgodnie z danymi demograficznymi wyraźne wskazują na konieczność funkcjonowania instytucjonalnych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, ale również w świetle uwarunkowań ogólnopolskich, które zakładają objęcie do 2020r. 33% dzieci w wieku 0-3 opieką instytucjonalną. The aim of the project is to take up and maintain a professional activity of 15 K (including 10 employees and 5 unemployed/passive) from the municipality of Sulejów performing parental functions through comprehensive measures in the form of providing 15 childcare facilities up to l.3 in the form of a nursery by 31.08.2020. Specific project activities will include: adaptation and adaptation of rooms to children’s needs, purchase of equipment and other elements necessary for the organisation of care and the day-to-day functioning of the care facility for 12 months. Through all activities, parents will increase their chances of active participation in the labour market. In addition, wide-ranging information activities will be carried out for parents with young children, which, in the form of simple and accessible messages, will encourage the use of childcare opportunities. These actions will be tailored to the circumstances of the local environment, where there is not a sufficiently developed network of care institutions and therefore often also a family awareness of the possibility of such support. The created Nursery will retain the institutional readiness to provide services for a minimum of two years after the completion of the project, so that it will permanently enter into the life of the community. This is extremely important not only in the light of local conditions, which, according to demographic data, clearly point to the need for institutional childcare facilities under the age of 3, but also in the light of the nationwide conditions, which envisage coverage by 2020. 33 % of children aged 0-3 are institutionalised. L’objectif du projet est d’accueillir et de maintenir 15 K (dont 10 salariés et 5 chômeurs/travailleurs) de la municipalité de Sulejów exerçant des fonctions parentales en appliquant des mesures globales sous la forme de 15 places de garde d’enfants à l’adresse l.3 sous forme d’une crèche d’ici au 31 août 2020. Les activités spécifiques du projet comprendront: adaptation et adaptation des locaux aux besoins des enfants, achat d’équipements et autres éléments nécessaires à l’organisation des soins et au fonctionnement quotidien de l’établissement pendant 12 mois. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de toutes les activités, les parents augmenteront leurs chances de participer activement au marché du travail. En outre, une vaste campagne d’information sera menée auprès des parents ayant de jeunes enfants, ce qui encouragera l’utilisation des services de garde d’enfants sous la forme de messages simples et accessibles. Ces actions seront adaptées aux conditions de l’environnement local, où il n’y a pas de réseau suffisamment développé d’institutions de soins, et donc souvent aussi la sensibilisation des familles à la possibilité de bénéficier d’un tel soutien. La pépinière créée maintiendra une volonté institutionnelle de fournir des services pendant au moins deux ans à compter de la fin du projet, de sorte qu’elle s’inscrira en permanence dans la vie de la communauté. Cela est extrêmement important non seulement au regard des circonstances locales, qui, d’après les données démographiques, démontrent clairement la nécessité de mettre en place des structures d’accueil pour les enfants de moins de 3 ans, mais aussi à la lumière de la situation nationale, ce qui suppose une couverture d’ici 2020. 33 % des enfants âgés de 0 à 3 ans en institution.
