Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej w 3 budynkach użyteczności publicznej zlokalizowanych w gminie Pęczniew poprzez realizację kompleksowych działań termo modernizacyjnych wynikających z audytów energetycznych. Realizacja projektu składa się z następujących zadań: 1. Przygotowanie projektu 2. Prace termomodernizacyjne: • Publiczne Przedszkole w Pęczniewie • Szkoła Podstawowa im. K. Deki- Deczyńskiego w Pęczniewie • Urząd Gminy w Pęczniewie 3. Zarządzanie projektem i jego promocja. Wskaźniki realizowane w ramach projektu: Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków -3 szt. Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji -2506,17m2 Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła -2 szt. Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych -446 151,05kWh/rok Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych -172,90 tony równoważnika CO2/rok Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej -47,56MWh/rok Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej -1332,86GJ/rok Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektów - 1504,06GJ/rok Przedsięwzięcie przyczyni się do zwiększenia oszczędności wytwarzanej energii, optymalizacji kosztów eksploatacji budynków oraz zmniejszenia emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery, co spowoduje zwiększenie stopnia efektywności energetycznej każdego z budynków zlokalizowanych w gminie Pęczniew: Publicznego Przedszkola o 90,22%; Szkoły Podstawowej o 40,87%; Urzędu Gminy o 74,08%.Bezpośrednimi odbiorcami efektów realizacji projektu będą użytkownicy przedmiotowych budynków oraz mieszkańcy gminy Pęczniew. W celu zapewnia dostępności infrastruktury dla osób niepełnosprawnych na zasadzie równości szans z innymi użytkownikami, we wszystkich podejmowanych działaniach inwestycyjnych stosowana będzie zasada uniwersalnego projektowania czyli projektowania produktów, środowiska, programów i usług w taki sposób, by były użyteczne dla wszystkich. Indicators implemented within the framework of the project: Number of energy-upgraded buildings -3 pcs. Usable area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation -2506.17 m² Number of modernised heat sources -2 pcs. Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings -446151.05 kWh/year Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions -172.90 tonnes CO2/year Equivalent amount of electricity saved -47.56 MWh/year The amount of heat saved -1332.86GJ/year Reduction of final energy consumption as a result of projects – 1504.06GJ/year The undertaking will contribute to increasing energy efficiency, optimising the operating costs of buildings and reducing the emission of pollutants to the atmosphere, which will result in increased efficiency of buildings in the energy efficiency of the energy efficiency of buildings. Public kindergarten by 90.22 %; Primary school by 40,87 %; The municipal office of 74.08 %.Direct recipients of the project’s effects will be users of the buildings concerned and residents of the municipality of Pęczniew. In order to ensure the accessibility of infrastructure for people with disabilities on an equal footing with other users, the principle of universal design, i.e. the design of products, environment, programmes and services will be applied in all investment activities in such a way that they are useful to all. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer l’efficacité énergétique de trois bâtiments publics situés dans la municipalité de Pęcznow par la mise en œuvre d’activités complexes de modernisation thermique résultant d’audits énergétiques. La mise en œuvre du projet comprend les tâches suivantes: 1. Préparation du projet 2. Travaux de thermomodernisation: • Maternelle publique à Pęcznowo • École primaire K. Deki-Deczyński à Pęcznowo • Bureau municipal de Pęcznow 3. Gestion et promotion de projets. Indicateurs mis en œuvre dans le cadre du projet: Nombre de bâtiments modifiés par l’énergie -3 unités Surface utilisable des bâtiments soumis à la modernisation thermique — 2 506,17 m² Nombre de sources de chaleur modernisées -2 pièces. Réduction de la consommation annuelle d’énergie primaire dans les bâtiments publics -446 151,05 kWh/an Réduction annuelle estimée des émissions de gaz à effet de serre -172,90 tonnes d’équivalent CO22/an La quantité d’électricité économisée -47,56 MWh/an La quantité d’énergie thermique économisée -1332,86GJ/an Réduction de la consommation finale d’énergie grâce aux projets — 1504.06GJ/an L’entreprise augmentera les économies d’énergie, optimisera les coûts d’exploitation des bâtiments et réduira les émissions de polluants dans l’atmosphère, ce qui augmentera l’efficacité énergétique de chaque bâtiment situé dans la municipalité de Pęcznow: La maternelle publique de 90,22 %; L’école primaire de 40,87 %; Le bureau municipal de 74,08 %.Les bénéficiaires directs des résultats du projet seront les utilisateurs des bâtiments concernés et les résidents de la commune de Pęcznow. Afin de garantir l’accessibilité des infrastructures aux personnes handicapées sur un pied d’égalité avec les autres utilisateurs, le principe de la conception universelle, c’est-à-dire la conception des produits, de l’environnement, des programmes et des services, s’appliquera à toutes les activités d’investissement de manière à ce qu’elles soient utiles pour tous.
