Celem projektu jest zwiększenie do 31.12.2017r. szans na zatrudnienie oraz utrzymanie zatrudnienia 16 K z gminy Sulejów, pełniących funkcje rodzicielskie poprzez zastosowanie kompleksowych działań w postaci zapewnienia miejsca opieki nad dziećmi do l.3 oraz w przypadku zidentyfikowanej potrzeby działań na rzecz aktywizacji zawodowej. Realizacja projektu jest szczególnie istotna dla mieszkanek gminy, na jej terenie widoczny jest bowiem brak wystarczającej liczby miejsc opieki dla dzieci w wieku do l.3. Szczegółowe działania projektowe obejmą: zaadoptowanie powierzchni do potrzeb dzieci, zorganizowanie pomieszczeń pomocniczych oraz sali głównej, bieżące funkcjonowanie miejsca opieki oraz aktywizację zawodową osób sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do l.3. Dzięki realizacji wszystkich działań powstanie pierwszy w gminie Klub Dziecięcy, a rodzice zwiększą swoje szanse na aktywne uczestnictwo w rynku pracy. Dodatkowo przeprowadzone zostaną szeroko zakrojone działania informacyjne skierowane do rodziców z małymi dziećmi, które w postaci prostych i dostępnych komunikatów zachęcać będą do korzystania z możliwości opieki nad dziećmi. Działania te będą odpowiednio dostosowane do uwarunkowań środowiska lokalnego, gdzie nie ma rozwiniętej sieci instytucji opieki, a co za tym idzie często również świadomości rodzin co do możliwości korzystania z takiego wsparcia. Klub Dziecięcy zachowa instytucjonalną gotowość do świadczenia usług minimum przez dwa lata od zakończenia realizacji projektu, dzięki czemu na trwałe wpisze się w życie społeczności. Jest to niezwykle istotne nie tylko w świetle uwarunkowań lokalnych, które zgodnie z danymi demograficznymi wyraźne wskazują na konieczność funkcjonowania instytucjonalnych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat.3, ale również w świetle uwarunkowań ogólnopolskich, które zakładają objęcie do 2020r 30% dzieci w wieku 0-3 opieką instytucjonalną. The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities by 31.12.2017 and maintain employment of 16 K from the municipality of Sulejów, performing parental functions by applying comprehensive measures in the form of providing childcare to l.3 and in case of identified need for measures to promote professional activation. The implementation of the project is particularly important for residents of the municipality, as there is a lack of sufficient care facilities for children up to the age of 3. Specific project activities will include: adaptation of the area to children’s needs, organisation of ancillary rooms and main hall, day-to-day functioning of the place of care and professional activation of childcare by l.3. Thanks to the implementation of all activities, the first Children’s Club will be established in the commune, and parents will increase their chances of active participation in the labour market. In addition, wide-ranging information activities will be carried out for parents with young children, which, in the form of simple and accessible messages, will encourage the use of childcare opportunities. These actions will be tailored to the circumstances of the local environment, where there is no developed network of care institutions and therefore often also family awareness of the possibility of such support. The Children’s Club will maintain an institutional readiness to provide services for a minimum of two years after the completion of the project, so that it will permanently enter into the community’s life. This is extremely important not only in the light of local conditions, which, according to demographic data, clearly point to the need for institutional childcare facilities under the age of 3, but also in the light of national conditions, which require 30 % of children aged 0-3 to institutional care by 2020. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité d’ici le 31 décembre 2017 et de maintenir l’emploi de 16 K de la municipalité de Sulejów, exerçant des fonctions parentales, en appliquant des mesures globales sous la forme de services de garde d’enfants jusqu’à 3 ans et en cas de nécessité identifiée de mesures d’activation. La mise en œuvre du projet est particulièrement importante pour les habitants de la municipalité, car il n’y a pas suffisamment de structures d’accueil pour les enfants jusqu’à l’âge de 1,3 ans. Les activités spécifiques du projet comprendront: adoption de l’espace pour les besoins des enfants, organisation des salles auxiliaires et de la salle principale, fonctionnement quotidien de l’établissement de soins et activation professionnelle des aidants jusqu’au l.3. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de toutes les activités, le premier Club des enfants sera créé dans la municipalité et les parents augmenteront leurs chances de participer activement au marché du travail. En outre, une vaste campagne d’information sera menée auprès des parents ayant de jeunes enfants, ce qui encouragera l’utilisation des services de garde d’enfants sous la forme de messages simples et accessibles. Ces actions seront adaptées de manière appropriée aux circonstances de l’environnement local, où il n’existe pas de réseau développé d’institutions de soins, et donc souvent aussi à la sensibilisation des familles à la possibilité de bénéficier d’un tel soutien. Le Club des enfants maintiendra une volonté institutionnelle de fournir des services pendant au moins deux ans à compter de la fin du projet, afin qu’il s’inscrive en permanence dans la vie de la communauté. Cela est extrêmement important non seulement au regard des circonstances locales, qui, d’après les données démographiques, démontrent clairement la nécessité de mettre en place des structures d’accueil pour les enfants de moins de 3 ans, mais aussi compte tenu de la situation nationale, ce qui suppose que 30 % des enfants âgés de 0 à 3 ans soient pris en compte d’ici 2020.
