Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest głęboka modernizacja energetyczna mieszkalnego budynku komunalnego w Woli Krzysztoporskiej poprzez kompleksową izolację termiczną ścian,stropu i stropodachu,wymianę grzejników oraz montaż zaworów termostatycznych,montaż elektrycznych podgrzewaczy ciepłej wody, wymianę okien piwnicznych i bramy garażowej.W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi polepszenie warunków użytkowania budynku przez mieszkańców,co sprzyjać będzie włączeniu społecznemu oraz przeciwdziałaniu ubóstwu energetycznemu osób, które nie mają możliwości zapewnienia sobie lokalu na komercyjnym rynku wynajmu nieruchomości.Efektem realizacji projektu będzie wzrost świadomości mieszkańców Gminy Wola Krzysztoporska w zakresie wpływu działań termomodernizacyjnych na eliminację lub znaczne ograniczenie źródeł powstawania zwiększonego zapotrzebowania na energię oraz wpływ modernizacji energetycznej budynków mieszkalnych na oszczędność ekonomiczną, wynikającą z użytkowania oraz eksploatacji tego typu zabudowy.Realizacja projektu pozwoli na kompleksową termomodernizację 1 mieszkalnego budynku komunalnego o pow. mieszk.768,82, z którego korzystać będą 24 gospodarstwa domowe. Celem pośrednim projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej mieszkalnego budynku komunalnego w Woli Krzysztoporskiej poprzez oszczędność energii oraz racjonalizację użytkowania budynku komunalnego poprzez. Realizacja projektu sprzyjać będzie promowaniu gospodarki niskoemisyjnej w Gminie Wola Krzysztoporska, która w wydajny i zrównoważony sposób wykorzystuje zasoby i zmniejsza emisję zanieczyszczeń powietrza odpowiedzialnych za powstawanie zjawiska tzw. niskiej emisji oraz emisji gazów cieplarnianych. Zaplanowane prace termomodernizacyjne przyczynią się do znacznych korzyści ekonomicznych oraz społecznych dla mieszkańców Woli Krzysztoporskiej. Grupą docelową projektu są przede wszystkim osoby bezpośrednio korzystające z termomodernizowanej infrastruktury, czyli mieszkańcy miejscowości Wola Krzysztoporska (Polish)

L’objectif du projet est d’approfondir la modernisation énergétique d’un bâtiment résidentiel à Wola Krzysztoporska par l’isolation thermique complète des murs, des voies et des rénovations, le remplacement des radiateurs et l’installation de vannes thermostatiques, l’installation de chauffe-eau chaude électriques, le remplacement des fenêtres de cave et des portes de garage. L’objectif indirect du projet est d’améliorer l’efficacité énergétique du bâtiment municipal résidentiel de Wola Krzysztoporska en économisant l’énergie et en rationalisant l’utilisation du bâtiment municipal. Le projet favorisera une économie à faible intensité de carbone à Wola Krzysztoporska, qui utilise les ressources de manière efficace et durable et réduit les émissions de polluants atmosphériques responsables du phénomène de faibles émissions de gaz à effet de serre. Les travaux de thermomodernisation prévus contribueront à des avantages économiques et sociaux significatifs pour les habitants de Wola Krzysztoporska. Le groupe cible du projet est principalement les personnes qui utilisent directement l’infrastructure thermomodernisée, c’est-à-dire les résidents de Wola Krzysztoporska (French)
