Projekt jest zgodny z celem gł.Osi Pr. 4, którym jest poprawa stanu środowiska przyrodniczego oraz przeciwdziałanie zagrożeniom wynikającym ze zmian klimatu i ochrona dziedzictwa kulturowego. Projekt wpisuje się w cel szcz. którym jest zwiększenie liczby mieszkańców regionu korzystających z dóbr dziedzictwa kulturowego woj. lubuskiego. Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa i rozbudowa budynku przy ul. Wyszyńskiego 19A na potrzeby jednostki kultury i edukacji tj. MCKiE „Dom Harcerza” w ZG. W ramach inwestycji powstanie infrastruktura, która poprawi jakość pracy placówki. Zyska ona dodatkowe pracownie, miejsce do archiwizacji, pomieszczenia o odpowiednich właściwościach technicznych (np. powierzchnia,kubatura, akustyka), takich jak sala widowiskowa. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie liczby osób z obszaru funkcjonalnego Zielonej Góry, które będą korzystały z oferty kulturalno-edukacyjnej. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez dostosowanie darmowej kulturalnej oferty programowej do zgłaszanego popytu, szczególnie w zakresie liczby zajęć, zakresu tematycznego oraz liczby miejsc, stworzenie warunków sprzyjających kreatywności i rozwojowi pracowników, poprawę atrakcyjności i dostępności zajęć, w tym umożliwi korzystanie z oferty osobom niepełnosprawnym i pozostałym mieszkańcom bez względu na stan zdrowia (sprawność ruchową), status społeczny i majątkowy. Zmniejszenie różnic w dostępie do życia kulturalnego i zapewnienie równego dostępu do dobrej jakości edukacji artystycznej poprzez poprawę jakości i dostępności publicznej oferty umożliwi aktywizację ludności w sferze kultury, pozwoli wykorzystać ich potencjał do rozwoju regionu, wpływając na poprawę jakości i atrakcyjności życia w MOF ZG.Przeprowadzenie inwestycji umożliwi również wprowadzenie e-usług z wykorzystaniem TIK do działalności placówki.Obszar oddziaływania projektu obejmuje dzieci z całego obszaru, z więcej niż 4 gmin i ma charakter ponadregionalny. The project is compatible with the goal of the Osi Pr. 4, which is to improve the natural environment and address the risks arising from climate change and protect cultural heritage. The project is part of the goal of increasing the number of inhabitants of the region benefiting from the cultural heritage of the Lubuskie Voivodeship. The subject of the project is the reconstruction and expansion of the building at ul. Wyszyńskiego 19A for the needs of the cultural and education unit, i.e. McKie “House of Scout” in GG. As part of the investment, infrastructure will be created that will improve the quality of the work of the facility. It will gain additional workshops, a place for archiving, rooms with appropriate technical characteristics (e.g. surface, cupboard, acoustics), such as a spectacle hall. The aim of the project is to increase the number of people from the functional area of Zielona Góra, who will benefit from the cultural and educational offer. The objective will be achieved by adapting the free cultural offer to the demand reported, in particular in terms of the number of activities, thematic scope and the number of places, creating conditions conducive to the creativity and development of employees, improving the attractiveness and accessibility of activities, including making use of the offer of disabled people and other residents regardless of the state of health (mobility), social and property status. Reducing the differences in access to cultural life and ensuring equal access to good quality artistic education by improving the quality and accessibility of public offerings will enable people to become active in the sphere of culture, and will allow them to exploit their potential for the development of the region, thereby improving the quality and attractiveness of life in the IF ZG.The investment will also enable the introduction of e-services using ICT in the activities of the institution.The project’s impact area covers children from more than 4 municipalities and is supraregional. Le projet est conforme à l’objectif.Osi Pr. 4, l’amélioration de l’environnement naturel et la prise en compte des risques posés par le changement climatique et la protection du patrimoine culturel. Le projet s’inscrit dans le but d’augmenter le nombre d’habitants de la région bénéficiant du patrimoine culturel de la province de Lubuskie. L’objet du projet est la reconstruction et l’extension du bâtiment à ul. Wyszynski 19A pour les besoins de l’unité de culture et d’éducation, i.e. McKie «Maison des scouts» en ZG. Dans le cadre de l’investissement, des infrastructures seront créées pour améliorer la qualité du travail de l’institution. Il y aura des studios supplémentaires, des installations d’archivage, des salles présentant les caractéristiques techniques appropriées (par exemple surface, cabine, acoustique), comme un showroom. L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter le nombre de personnes de la zone fonctionnelle de Zielona Góra qui bénéficieront de l’offre culturelle et éducative. L’objectif sera atteint en adaptant l’offre culturelle gratuite à la demande exprimée, notamment en termes de nombre de classes, de portée thématique et de nombre de places, en créant des conditions propices à la créativité et au développement des travailleurs, en améliorant l’attractivité et l’accessibilité des activités, y compris en permettant de tirer parti de l’offre pour les personnes handicapées et les autres résidents indépendamment de leur état de santé (mobilité), de leur statut social et de leur richesse. Réduire l’écart d’accès à la vie culturelle et assurer l’égalité d’accès à une éducation artistique de qualité en améliorant la qualité et l’accessibilité de l’offre publique permettra d’activer la population dans le domaine de la culture, d’exploiter son potentiel pour le développement de la région, d’améliorer la qualité et l’attractivité de la vie dans le MOF ZG.L’investissement permettra également l’introduction de services électroniques utilisant les TIC à l’activité de l’institution.
