Obiectivul principal al proiectului este cercetarea și dezvoltarea unei suite de soluții software inovative, extrem de ușor de folosit, soluții software pentru accelerarea implementării cadastrului general și a cadastrului sectorial, denumit in continuare SysCAD Application Suite, constând din următoarele module: a. PlanCAD - aplicație de sine stătătoare, care se poate instala pe un PC sau laptop, care va realiza preluarea și procesarea datelor din echipamente de topografie (Stație Totală, Nivelă digitala/clasică, GPS, UAV, LIDAR, etc) rezultatele obținute fiind pregătite pentru integrarea în programul de cadastru general PNCCF dezvoltat de ANPCI. b. SAVCAD - aplicație de tip Web, care preia rezultatele din PlanCAD sau din alte medii de tip CAD (AutoCAD, IntelliCAD, etc) precum și din informații tabelare (XLS, ODT, etc) și permite realizarea lucrărilor de cadastru general/sectorial pentru introducerea în programul de cadastru eTerra 3 dezvoltat de ANCPI. c. SENCRO - soluție software pentru agricultură, care va permite utilizatorilor să gestioneze terenurile agricole, să realizeze prescripții pentru aplicarea diverselor tratamente agricole - ex. îngrășăminte, stropiri cu ierbicide, insecticide, norme de udare, etc - și gestionarea contractelor de arendă pentru fermele agricole. The main objective of the project is to research and develop a suite of innovative, highly user-friendly software solutions, software solutions to accelerate the implementation of the general cadastre and the sectoral cadastre, hereinafter referred to as SysCAD Application Suite, consisting of the following modules: a. PlanCAD – stand-alone application that can be installed on a PC or laptop, which will perform data collection and processing from topography equipment (Total Station, Digital/Classical Level, GPS, UAV, LIDAR, etc.) the results obtained are prepared for integration into the PNCCF general cadastre program developed by ANPCI. b. SAVCAD – Web application, which takes the results from PlanCAD or other CAD-type environments (AutoCAD, IntelliCAD, etc.) as well as from tabular information (XLS, ODT, etc.) and allows the execution of general/sectoral cadastre works for introduction into the cadastre program eTerra 3 developed by ANCPI. c. SENCRO – software solution for agriculture, which will allow users to manage agricultural land, make prescriptions for the application of various agricultural treatments – e.g. fertilisers, spraying with herbicides, insecticides, watering standards, etc. – and the management of lease contracts for agricultural farms. L’objectif principal du projet est de rechercher et de développer une suite de solutions logicielles innovantes et très conviviales, de solutions logicielles pour accélérer la mise en œuvre du cadastre général et du cadastre sectoriel, ci-après dénommé SYSCAD Application Suite, composée des modules suivants: a. PlanCAD — application autonome qui peut être installée sur un PC ou un ordinateur portable, qui effectuera la collecte et le traitement de données à partir d’équipements de topographie (Total Station, Digital/Classical Level, GPS, UAV, LIDAR, etc.) les résultats obtenus sont préparés pour intégration dans le programme de cadastre général PNCCF développé par ANPCI. b. SAVCAD — application Web, qui prend les résultats de PlanCAD ou d’autres environnements de type CAO (AutoCAD, IntelliCAD, etc.) ainsi que des informations tabulaires (XLS, ODT, etc.) et permet l’exécution de travaux de cadastre général/sectoriel pour introduction dans le programme cadastre eTerra 3 développé par l’ANCPI. c. SENCRO — solution logicielle pour l’agriculture, qui permettra aux utilisateurs de gérer les terres agricoles, d’établir des prescriptions pour l’application de divers traitements agricoles — par exemple engrais, pulvérisation d’herbicides, insecticides, normes d’arrosage, etc. — et la gestion des contrats de location pour les exploitations agricoles. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Erforschung und Entwicklung einer Reihe innovativer, sehr benutzerfreundlicher Softwarelösungen, Softwarelösungen zur Beschleunigung der Implementierung des allgemeinen Katasters und des sektoralen Katasters, nachstehend „SYSCAD Application Suite“ genannt, bestehend aus folgenden Modulen: a. PlanCAD – Stand-alone-Anwendung, die auf einem PC oder Laptop installiert werden kann, die Datenerfassung und -verarbeitung von Topographie-Geräten (Total Station, Digital/Classical Level, GPS, UAV, LIDAR, etc.) durchführen wird, werden für die Integration in das von ANPCI entwickelte allgemeine Katasterprogramm PNCCF vorbereitet. b. SAVCAD – Web-Anwendung, die die Ergebnisse von PlanCAD oder anderen CAD-ähnlichen Umgebungen (AutoCAD, IntelliCAD usw.) sowie aus tabellarischen Informationen (XLS, ODT, etc.) und ermöglicht die Durchführung von allgemeinen/sektoralen Katasterarbeiten zur Einführung in das von ANCPI entwickelte Katasterprogramm eTerra 3. c. SENCRO – Softwarelösung für die Landwirtschaft, die es den Nutzern ermöglicht, landwirtschaftliche Flächen zu verwalten, Vorschriften für die Anwendung verschiedener landwirtschaftlicher Behandlungen zu machen – z. B. Düngemittel, Spritzen mit Herbiziden, Insektiziden, Bewässerungsstandards usw. – und die Verwaltung von Mietverträgen für landwirtschaftliche Betriebe. (German)
