L'association Maison Commune Emploi Formation (MCEF) de Figeac propose en un même lieu, favorisant les innovations : - un centre de ressources mutualisé, des espaces multimédias, une documentation en libre-service sur l'emploi, les métiers et les formations - un accueil et accompagnement individualisé et un 1er conseil - des actions dégageant une réelle valeur ajoutée pour l'accompagnement des publics à la recherche d'emploi ou de formation grâce à : rencontres avec des professionnels pour découvrir les métiers et les filières, visites d'entreprises, forums, informations sur les formations, l'emploi, et la création-reprise d'activités, etc. Les partenaires du territoire oeuvrent en complémentarité et en synergie à partir d'un projet commun visant à : -mettre à disposition du public un centre de ressources qui optimise la mise en commun des ressources des différents partenaires et la délivrance d'un 1er niveau d'information, -mettre en oeuvre (avec leur concours) un programme d'actions visant à faciliter l'accès à l'emploi et à la formation, à promouvoir l'alternance, à favoriser la mobilité des publics en recherche d'emploi et /ou de formation (French)

Der Verein Maison Commune Emploi Formation (MCEF) von Figeac bietet an einem Ort folgende Innovationen an: — ein gemeinsames Ressourcenzentrum, Multimedia-Räume, Selbstbedienungsdokumentation über Beschäftigung, Berufe und Ausbildung – individuelle Aufnahme und Begleitung und 1. Beratung – Maßnahmen, die einen echten Mehrwert für die Begleitung der Zielgruppen bei der Arbeitssuche oder Ausbildung durch: treffen mit Fachleuten, um Berufe und Ausbildungswege zu entdecken, Unternehmensbesuche, Foren, Informationen über Ausbildung, Beschäftigung, Gründung und Übernahme von Aktivitäten usw. Die Partner des Gebiets arbeiten komplementär und synergistisch auf der Grundlage eines gemeinsamen Projekts: —der Öffentlichkeit ein Ressourcenzentrum zur Verfügung stellen, das die Bündelung der Ressourcen der verschiedenen Partner und die Bereitstellung einer ersten Informationsstufe optimiert; – mit ihrer Unterstützung ein Aktionsprogramm durchführen, das den Zugang zur Beschäftigung und zur Ausbildung erleichtern, den Wechsel fördern und die Mobilität der auf Arbeitssuche und/oder Ausbildung ausgerichteten Zielgruppen fördern soll.
