Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej oraz rozwoju gospodarczego Gminy Koluszki, poprzez kompleksowe uzbrojenie nowych terenów inwestycyjnych odpowiadających na zapotrzebowanie potencjalnych inwestorów z branży MŚP. W ramach realizacji projektu przewidziano następujące zadania: 1. Prace przygotowawcze – Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowych 2. Przygotowanie terenu inwestycyjnego – obejmuje następujące prace budowalne: - makroniwelacja terenu - Budowa i przebudowa sieci wodociągowej - Budowa kanalizacji sanitarnej - Budowa kanalizacji deszczowej - Budowa i przebudowa sieci teletechnicznych - Budowa i przebudowa wewnętrznej infrastruktury komunikacyjnej - Budowa oświetlenia ulicznego - Usunięcie kolizji linii zasilających elektrownie wiatrowe z terenem inwestycyjnym - Przebudowa sieci elektroenergetycznych 3. Działania informacyjno-promocyjne skierowane do inwestorów 4. Zarządzanie projektem i jego obsługą W ramach projektu zostaną uzbrojone następujące działki położone na obszarze miasta Koluszki: - działka o nr ewidencyjnym 30 (obręb 2) o powierzchni 7,5112 ha - działka o nr ewidencyjnym 16/6 (obręb 3) o powierzchni 6,7359 ha - działka o nr ewidencyjnym 26/4 (obręb 3) o powierzchni 3,6297 ha - działka o nr ewidencyjnym 26/7 (obręb 3) o powierzchni 3,4508 ha Wskaźnikami obrazującymi realizacje celów projektu będą: - Powierzchnia przygotowanych terenów inwestycyjnych: 21,32 ha - Liczba inwestycji zlokalizowanych na przygotowanych terenach inwestycyjnych: 5 szt. - Stopień wykorzystania terenów inwestycyjnych: 100% - Liczba miejsc pracy utworzonych przez MŚP w inwestycjach zlokalizowanych na uzbrojonych terenach inwestycyjnych kobiety/mężczyźni: 35 EPC Grupą docelową projektu są podmioty gospodarcze z sektora MŚP zainteresowane prowadzeniem działalności na terenach inwestycyjnych w Gminie Koluszki. The main objective of the project is to improve the attractiveness of investment and economic development of the Municipality of Koluszki, through comprehensive armament of new investment areas responding to the needs of potential investors from the SME sector. The implementation of the project envisages the following tasks: 1. Preparatory work – Implementation of project documentation 2. Preparation of the investment site – includes the following construction works: — land macro-installation – Construction and reconstruction of the water supply network – Construction of sanitary sewage system – Construction of rainwater drainage – Construction and reconstruction of teletechnical networks – Construction and reconstruction of internal communication infrastructure – Construction of street lighting – Removal of collision of power lines supplying wind power plants with investment area – Reconstruction of power grids 3. Information and promotion activities aimed at investors 4. Project management and servicing The project will be armed with the following plots located in the city of Koluszki: — plot with registration number 30 (volume 2) with an area of 7,5112 ha – plot with registration number 16/6 (area 3) with an area of 6.7359 ha – plot with registration number 26/4 (area 3) with area 3.6297 ha – plot with registration number 26/7 (area 3) with area 3,4508 ha Indicators showing the achievement of the project objectives will be: — Area of prepared investment areas: 21,32 ha – Number of investments located on prepared investment areas: 5 pcs — The level of use of investment sites: 100 % – Number of jobs created by SMEs in investments in armed investment areas women/men: 35 FTE The target group of the project is economic entities from the SME sector interested in operating in investment areas in Koluszki Municipality. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer l’attractivité des investissements et le développement économique de la commune de Koluszki en armant de manière complète de nouveaux sites d’investissement répondant aux besoins des investisseurs potentiels dans le secteur des PME. Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet, les tâches suivantes sont prévues: 1. Travaux préparatoires — Mise en œuvre de la documentation du projet 2. Préparation du chantier d’investissement — comprend les travaux de construction suivants: — macro-mise en œuvre du terrain — Construction et reconstruction d’un réseau d’alimentation en eau — Construction d’un système d’assainissement sanitaire — Construction d’un système d’eau de pluie — Construction et reconstruction de réseaux télétechniques — Construction et reconstruction d’infrastructures de communication internes — Construction d’éclairage public — Élimination des collisions entre lignes d’approvisionnement en énergie éolienne et sites d’investissement — Reconstruction des réseaux électriques 3. Activités d’information et de promotion à l’intention des investisseurs 4. Gestion de projet et service Le projet sera armé des parcelles suivantes, situées à Koluszki: — parcelle cadastrale numéro 30 (plage 2) de 7,5112 ha — parcelle avec numéro d’immatriculation 16/6 (plage 3) de 6,7359 ha — parcelle avec le numéro d’immatriculation 26/4 (plage 3) d’une superficie de 3,6297 ha — parcelle cadastral numéro 26/7 (couverture 3) d’une superficie de 3.4508 hectares, illustrant la réalisation des objectifs du projet: — Zone des sites d’investissement préparés: 21,32 ha — Nombre d’investissements situés dans des zones d’investissement préparées: 5 pièces — Taux d’utilisation des zones d’investissement: 100 % — Nombre d’emplois créés par des PME dans des investissements situés dans des zones d’investissement armés femmes/hommes: 35 ETP Le groupe cible du projet est constitué d’entités commerciales du secteur des PME intéressées à opérer dans des zones d’investissement dans la municipalité de Koluszki.
