    Obiectivul general al proiectului îl constituie stimularea inovării în cadrul SC ENERGY & ECO CONCEPT SRL prin realizarea unui sistem inteligent de monitorizare și inspecţie avansată a infrastructurilor critice (IC) - SMIATIC, bazat pe utilizarea unor drone aeriene cu autonomie crescută, care achiziţionează informaţii provenite de la un ansamblu de senzori, în vederea detectării eventualelor evenimente apărute în zona operaţională. În cadrul soluţiei tehnice, se vor dezvolta algoritmi inovativi care stau la baza realizării unor pachete software de procesare şi prelucrare a imaginilor video, în vederea identificării şi soluţionării eventualelor incidente, defecte şi impedimente. De asemenea, în cadrul proiectului se va dezvolta atât o componentă software de generare a planului de management al zborului pentru dronele aflate în misiune, cât şi soluţii inovative de reîncărcare, inclusiv wireless sau în zbor, a acestor drone. Prin valorificarea, în cadrul proiectului finanţat, a rezultatelor de cercetare obţinute în teza de doctorat a d-nei ș.l. dr. ing. Costea Mădălina Ilona, cu titlul: ,,Tehnologii utilizate în securitatea şi siguranţa transportului feroviar”, se vor obţine produse şi servicii inovative, în scopul producţiei şi comercializării acestora. Pentru vânzarea acestor produse s-a identificat, deja, un client principal, respectiv Compania Naţională de Transport a Energiei Electrice ,,TRANSELECTRICA” SA, intenţia acestuia fiind materializată printr-un pre-contract, ataşat ca anexă prezentei propuneri de proiect. Principalele obiective ale sistemului inteligent de monitorizare şi inspecţie a IC - SMIATIC: - Dezvoltarea pachetului software pentru analiza şi prelucrarea de imagini video (dezvoltarea unui algoritm inovativ de detecţie bazat pe metoda comparaţiei între cadre şi a unui algoritm pentru detectarea punctelor fixe prestabilite); - Dezvoltarea pachetului software pentru generarea planului de zbor pentru flota de drone utilizată în sistemul de monitorizare; - Dezvoltarea pachetului software pentru managementul misiunilor de zbor al dronelor; - Dezvoltarea pachetului software pentru monitorizarea resursei energetice a sistemului de monitorizare şi inspecţie; - Încărcarea prin inducţie electromagnetică, fară contact, prin dotarea staţiei de baza cu un circuit de încarcare suficient care sa dezvolte un câmp electromagnetic suficient de puternic; - Încarcarea cu contact coaxial cu ghidaj pâlnie – acest tip de încarcare reprezinta unul din elementele inovative din punct de vedere al încarcării electrice; - Realizarea bazei de date de identificare obiective de monitorizat; - Realizarea din punct de vedere hardware şi software a unor platforme de inspecţie şi monitorizare cu UAV aripă fixa care integrează inspecţie multisenzorială: video în domeniul vizibil, detecţie ultrasunete, detecţie audio şi cameră în domeniul IR; - Realizarea din punct de vedere hardware şi software a unor platforme de inspecţie şi monitorizare cu UAV multic (Romanian)

    The general objective of the project is to stimulate innovation within SC ENERGY & ECO CONCEPT SRL by developing an intelligent system for advanced monitoring and inspection of critical infrastructures (IC) – SMIATIC, based on the use of highly autonomous aerial drones, which acquire information from a set of sensors, in order to detect possible events occurring in the operational area. Within the technical solution, innovative algorithms will be developed that underpin the development of software packages for processing and processing video images, in order to identify and solve any incidents, defects and impediments. The project will also develop both a software component to generate the flight management plan for the drones on mission, as well as innovative solutions for recharging these drones, including wireless or in-flight. By valuing, within the funded project, the research results obtained in the doctoral thesis of Mrs. dr. eng. Costea Mădălina Ilona, entitled: Technologies used in rail transport security and safety", innovative products and services will be obtained in order to produce and market them. For the sale of these products, a main customer has already been identified, namely the National Electric Energy Transmission Company “TRANSELECTRICA” SA, its intention being materialised by a pre-contract, attached as an annex to this project proposal. The main objectives of the Intelligent IC Monitoring and Inspection System – SMIATIC: — Development of the software package for analysis and processing of video images (development of an innovative detection algorithm based on the method of comparison between frames and an algorithm for detecting preset fixed points); — Development of the software package for the generation of the flight plan for the drone fleet used in the monitoring system; — Development of the software package for drone flight mission management; Development of the software package for monitoring the energy resource of the monitoring and inspection system; — Charging by electromagnetic induction, without contact, by equipping the base station with a sufficient charging circuit to develop a sufficiently strong electromagnetic field; — Charging with coaxial contact with funnel guide – this type of charging is one of the innovative elements in terms of electric charging; The achievement of the objective identification database to be monitored; — Hardware and software development of inspection and monitoring platforms with the UAV wing fixa that integrates multisensory inspection: video in the visible field, ultrasound detection, audio detection and camera in the field of IR; — Hardware and software development of inspection and monitoring platforms with multic UAVs (English)

    L’objectif général du projet est de stimuler l’innovation au sein de SC ENERGY & ECO CONCEPT SRL par le développement d’un système intelligent de surveillance et d’inspection avancée des infrastructures critiques (IC) — SMIATIC, basé sur l’utilisation de drones aériens hautement autonomes, qui recueillent des informations à partir d’un ensemble de capteurs, afin de détecter d’éventuels événements survenant dans la zone opérationnelle. Dans le cadre de la solution technique, des algorithmes innovants seront développés qui sous-tendent le développement de progiciels pour le traitement et le traitement des images vidéo, afin d’identifier et de résoudre les incidents, les défauts et les obstacles éventuels. Le projet mettra également au point un composant logiciel pour générer le plan de gestion du vol pour les drones en mission, ainsi que des solutions innovantes pour recharger ces drones, y compris sans fil ou en vol. En valorisant, dans le cadre du projet financé, les résultats de recherche obtenus dans la thèse de doctorat de Mme dr. eng. Costea Mădălina Ilona, intitulée: Technologies utilisées dans le domaine de la sécurité et de la sûreté du transport ferroviaire", des produits et services innovants seront obtenus afin de les produire et de les commercialiser. Pour la vente de ces produits, un client principal a déjà été identifié, à savoir la National Electric Energy Transmission Company «TRANSELECTRICA» SA, son intention étant concrétisée par un contrat préalable joint en annexe à la présente proposition de projet. Les principaux objectifs du système intelligent de contrôle et d’inspection de l’IC — SMIATIC: — Développement du logiciel pour l’analyse et le traitement d’images vidéo (développement d’un algorithme de détection innovant basé sur la méthode de comparaison entre les images et un algorithme de détection des points fixes prédéfinis); — Développement du progiciel pour l’élaboration du plan de vol pour la flotte de drones utilisé dans le système de surveillance; — Développement du progiciel pour la gestion des missions de vol de drones; Développement du progiciel de surveillance de la ressource énergétique du système de surveillance et d’inspection; — Charge par induction électromagnétique, sans contact, en équipant la station de base d’un circuit de charge suffisant pour développer un champ électromagnétique suffisamment fort; — Recharge avec contact coaxial avec guide d’entonnoir — ce type de charge est l’un des éléments innovants en termes de charge électrique; La réalisation de la base de données d’identification objective à surveiller; — Développement matériel et logiciel des plates-formes d’inspection et de surveillance avec le fixa d’aile d’UAV qui intègre l’inspection multisensorielle: vidéo dans le champ visible, détection par ultrasons, détection audio et caméra dans le domaine de l’IR; — Développement matériel et logiciel des plates-formes d’inspection et de surveillance avec UAV multic (French)
