Celem podstawowym projektu jest zwiększenie potencjału Wnioskodawcy Polfarmex S.A. do prowadzenia działalności B+R dzięki wsparciu finansowemu Unii Europejskiej przeznaczonemu na 2 etap inwestycji spółki w infrastrukturę B+R, polegającą na rozwoju nowoczesnych postaci leków o modyfikowanym i szybkim uwalnianiu substancji czynnej, w skali półtechnicznej i pilotażowej w Kutnie, w okresie 9 miesięcy: X 2019 - VI 2020 r. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację jednego zadania: - dostawy 10 szt. urządzeń dla laboratorium do prac formulacyjnych w skali półtechnicznej i pilotażowej Kutnie. Zakończenie zadania (wytworzenie produktów projektu) umożliwi Wnioskodawcy rozpoczęcie badań nad innowacyjnymi grupami leków, w tym o modyfikowanym i szybkim uwalnianiu substancji czynnej, które stosowane będą w leczeniu: nadciśnienia tętniczego, chorób niedokrwiennych serca, działających nasennie i stosowanych w leczeniu cukrzycy, a w perspektywie kolejnych lat rozszerzenie tego asortymentu, dzięki ich wdrożeniu do przemysłowej produkcji. Osiągnięcie ww. celu wyrażają 2 wskaźniki rezultatu: 1) 1 przedsiębiorstwo korzystające ze wspartej infrastruktury B+R - wspartej w ramach projektu, 2) 1 realizowany plan prac badawczo-rozwojowych przy wykorzystaniu wspartej infrastruktury B+R w nowym obszarze (m.in. leki o modyfikowanym i szybkim uwalnianiu substancji czynnej, które stosowane będą w leczeniu: nadciśnienia tętniczego, chorób niedokrwiennych serca, działających nasennie i stosowanych w leczeniu cukrzycy). Grupy docelowe projektu obejmują: - Wnioskodawcę, który jako beneficjent odniesie bezpośrednie korzyści związane ze wsparciem zakupu nowej aparatury badawczej, - Pracowników Wnioskodawcy i współpracowników z ośrodków badawczych, którzy prowadzić będą prace B+R w oparciu o nową aparaturę, - Sektor farmaceutyczny, w ramach którego Wnioskodawca, dzięki realizacji projektu, wyznaczy nowe standardy dla leków, w tym o modyfikowanym i szybkim uwalnianiu substancji czynnej, któr (Polish)

The basic objective of the project is to increase the potential of the Applicant Polfarmex S.A. to carry out R & D activities thanks to the financial support of the European Union for the 2nd stage of the company’s investment in R & D infrastructure, consisting of the development of modern forms of medicines with modified and rapid release of the active substance, on a semi-technical and pilot scale in Kutno, within 9 months: X 2019 – VI 2020. The objective will be achieved through a single task: — delivery of 10 units of equipment for the laboratory for semi-technical and pilot work in Kutno. Completion of the task (product creation of the project) will enable the Applicant to start research into innovative groups of medicines, including the modified and rapid release of the active substance, which will be used in the treatment of: hypertension, ischaemic heart disease, acting sleepy and used in the treatment of diabetes, and in the coming years to expand this range, thanks to their implementation into industrial production. The achievement of the abovementioned objective is expressed by 2 result indicators: 1) 1 company benefiting from supported R & D infrastructure – supported by the project, 2) 1 implemented R & D work plan using supported R & D infrastructure in a new area (including medicines with modified and rapid release of the active substance, which will be used in the treatment of: hypertension, ischaemic heart disease, acting sleepy and used to treat diabetes). L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître le potentiel de la requérante de Polfarmex S.A. à mener des activités de R & D grâce au soutien financier de l’Union européenne consacré à la deuxième étape de l’investissement de l’entreprise dans les infrastructures de R & D, consistant en la mise au point de formes modernes de médicaments à libération modifiée et rapide de la substance active, à l’échelle semi-technique et pilote à Kutno, dans un délai de 9 mois: X 2019 — VI 2020 L’objectif sera atteint au moyen d’une seule tâche: — livraison de 10 pièces d’équipement pour le laboratoire pour les travaux de formulation à l’échelle semi-technique et pilote Kutnie. L’achèvement de la tâche (produits du projet) permettra à la requérante d’entamer des recherches sur des groupes innovants de médicaments, y compris la libération modifiée et rapide de la substance active qui sera utilisée dans le traitement: hypertension, maladies cardiaques ischémiques, troubles du sommeil et diabète sucré, et dans les années à venir pour élargir cette gamme, grâce à leur mise en œuvre dans la production industrielle. La réalisation de cet objectif est exprimée par deux indicateurs de résultat: 1) 1 entreprise utilisant une infrastructure de R-D soutenue — soutenue par le projet, 2) 1 plan de travail de R-D mis en œuvre utilisant une infrastructure de R-D soutenue dans un nouveau domaine (p. ex. médicaments à libération modifiée et rapide de la substance active, qui seront utilisés dans le traitement: hypertension, maladie cardiaque ischémique, troubles du sommeil et diabète sucré).
