Avand in vedere ca transporturile reprezinta motorul economiei, la nivel national si european, se doreste sustinerea unei dezvoltari economice sustenabile plecand de la asigurarea unei infrastructuri corespunzatoare. Obiectivul general al proiectului este imbunatatirea competitivitatii economice a României prin dezvoltarea infrastructurii de transport care faciliteaza integrarea economica in UE, contribuind astfel la dezvoltarea pietii interne cu scopul de a creea conditiile pentru cresterea volumului investitiilor, promovarea transportului durabil si a coeziunii in reteaua de drumuri europene. Realizarea prezentului proiect - faza Studiu de Fezabilitate si Proiect Tehnic al Drumului Expres Constanta - Tulcea contribuie la indicatorul de rezultat 2S81 – Cerere de finanþare transmisa, spre analiza si aprobare la AM POIM / Organismul Intermediar pentru Transport. Given that transport is the engine of the economy, at national and European level, it is desirable to support a sustainable economic development starting from the provision of proper infrastructure. The general objective of the project is to improve Romania’s economic competitiveness by developing transport infrastructure that facilitates economic integration in the EU, thus contributing to the development of the internal market in order to create the conditions for increasing the volume of investments, promoting sustainable transport and cohesion in the European road network. The realisation of this project – Phase of Feasibility Study and Technical Project of Constanta Expres Road – Tulcea contributes to the result indicator 2S81 – Application for financing submitted for analysis and approval to MA LIOP/Intermediate Body for Transport. Étant donné que les transports sont le moteur de l’économie, au niveau national et européen, il est souhaitable de soutenir un développement économique durable à partir de la mise en place d’infrastructures adéquates. L’objectif général du projet est d’améliorer la compétitivité économique de la Roumanie en développant des infrastructures de transport qui facilitent l’intégration économique dans l’UE, contribuant ainsi au développement du marché intérieur afin de créer les conditions permettant d’accroître le volume des investissements et de promouvoir des transports durables et la cohésion du réseau routier européen. La réalisation de ce projet — Phase d’étude de faisabilité et projet technique de Constanta Expres Road — Tulcea contribue à l’indicateur de résultat 2S81 — Demande de financement soumise pour analyse et approbation à MA LIOP/Organisme intermédiaire de transport.
