Realizacja projektu odbywać się będzie na terenie 2 szkół prowadzących kształcenie ogólne z woj. lubuskiego, objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu: Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej w Gościkowie oraz Publicznego Gimnazjum nr 1 w Świebodzinie w okresie od 1 września 2016r. do 30 czerwca 2017r. Potrzeba realizacji projektu wynika bezpośrednio z przeprowadzonej w V.2016r. diagnozy szkół, zatwierdzonej przed złożeniem wniosku o dofinansowanie przez organ prowadzący. Wsparciem w projekcie objętych zostanie 416 uczniów (228k i 188m) w tym 116 uczniów (58k i 58m) z SP w Gościkowie oraz 300 uczniów (170k i 130m) z Gimnazjum nr 1 w Świebodzinie. Uczniowie w projekcie uzyskają wsparcie w zakresie dodatkowych zajęć w celu rozwój kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz właściwych postaw i umiejętności. Grupę docelową stanowić będzie również 29 nauczycieli (23k i 6m) w tym 12 nauczycieli (10k i 2m) z SP w Gościkowie oraz 17 nauczycieli (13k i 4m) z Gim. nr 1 w Świebodzinie. Wsparciu nauczycieli zaplanowano realizację kursów, szkoleń, warsztaty oraz studia podyplomowe. Wnioskodawca składa w odpowiedzi na konkurs 1 projekt zgodnie z regulaminem konkursu. (Polish)

The project will be implemented on the premises of 2 schools conducting general education from Lubuskie voivodship, supported by the project: Public Primary School in Gościków and Public High School No. 1 in Świebodzin in the period from 1 September 2016 to 30 June 2017. The need for the project results directly from the school diagnosis carried out in V.2016, approved prior to the application for funding by the host body. The project will support 416 students (228k and 188 m) including 116 students (58k and 58 m) from the SP in Gościków and 300 students (170k and 130 m) from Secondary School No. 1 in Świebodzin. Students in the project will be supported in the field of additional activities in order to develop key competences needed in the labour market and appropriate attitudes and skills. The target group will also consist of 29 teachers (23k and 6 m) including 12 teachers (10k and 2 m) from the SP in Gościków and 17 teachers (13k and 4 m) from Gim. No. 1 in Świebodzin. The support of teachers was planned to implement courses, trainings, workshops and postgraduate studies. The applicant shall submit a draft in response to the contest 1 in accordance with the rules of the contest. (English)

Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans deux écoles d’enseignement général de la province de Lubuskie, soutenues par le projet: École primaire publique à Gościków et gymnase public no 1 à Świebodzin au cours de la période allant du 1er septembre 2016 au 30 juin 2017. La nécessité du projet résulte directement du diagnostic des écoles effectué en V.2016, approuvé avant que la demande de financement n’ait été présentée par l’autorité de gestion. Le projet sera soutenu par 416 étudiants (228k et 188 m), dont 116 (58k et 58 m) de SP à Gościkowo et 300 étudiants (170k et 130 m) du gymnase no 1 à Świebodzin. Les étudiants participant au projet bénéficieront d’un soutien pour des activités supplémentaires visant à développer les compétences clés nécessaires au marché du travail et les bonnes attitudes et compétences. Le groupe cible sera également de 29 enseignants (23k et 6 m) dont 12 enseignants (10k et 2 m) du SP à Gościkowo et 17 enseignants (13k et 4 m) avec Gim No 1 à Świebodzin. Le soutien des enseignants est prévu pour la mise en œuvre de cours, de formations, d’ateliers et d’études postuniversitaires.
