    Imbunatatirea nivelului de cunostinte si competente al angajatilor din firmele romanesti din regiunile mai putin dezvoltate, cu nivel scazut de calificare, de peste 40 de ani din zone rurale defavorizate prin participarea la programe de FPC adaptate cerintelor pietei muncii din Romania si UE si promovarea unor căi de învățare flexibile, inclusiv prin orientare profesională Cresterea nivelului de competenta a angajatilor din firmele romanesti prin invatare pe tot parcursul vietii, acces si participare la educatie si formare profesionala continua pentru persoane din toate categoriile sociale si de varsta, acestea fiind si principalele obiective ale POCU ce au ca rezultate un capital uman mai eficient si bine pregatit in Romania. Asa cum este prezentat, obiectivul general al proiectului genereaza un efect pozitiv pe termen lung prin adaptarea cunostintelor angajatilor din organizatiile romanesti la cerintele pietei muncii si la schimbarile din mediul economic. Prin obiectivul general si cele specifice, proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivului major al ,,POCU 2014-2020 care urmareste dezvoltarea resurselor umane prin cresterea accesului la un sistem de educatie si formare profesionala de calitate. Prin interventiile pe care le promoveaza proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivelor AP6 Educație și competențe, Prioritatea de investiții 10.iii. – Îmbunătățirea accesului egal la învățarea pe tot parcursul vieții pentru toate grupurile de vârstă într-un cadru formal, non-formal sau informal, actualizarea cunoștințelor, a aptitudinilor și a competențelor forței de muncă și promovarea unor căi de învățare flexibile, inclusiv prin orientare profesională și prin validarea competențelor dobândite si Obiectivul Specific O.S.6.12. – Creșterea participării la programele de formare profesională continuă, cu accent pe acei adulți, cu un nivel scăzut de calificare și persoanele cu vârsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale defavorizate, inclusiv prin recunoașterea și certificarea rezultatelor învățării dobândite în contexte non-formale și informale Rezultatele așteptate în urma implementării interventiilor proiectului se concretizeaza in participarea crescută la programele de formare profesională continuă, cu accent pe acei adulți, cu un nivel scăzut de calificare și persoanele cu vârsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale defavorizate, inclusiv prin recunoașterea și certificarea rezultatelor învățării dobândite în contexte non-formale și informale.     Improving the level of knowledge and competence of employees from Romanian companies in less developed regions with low level of qualification, for over 40 years in disadvantaged rural areas by participating in CVT programs adapted to the requirements of the Romanian and EU labour market and promoting flexible learning paths, including through professional guidance Increasing the level of competence of employees in Romanian companies through lifelong learning, access to and participation in continuous education and training for people from all social and age categories, these being also the main objectives of POCU that result in a more efficient and well-trained human capital in Romania. As presented, the overall objective of the project generates a positive long-term effect by adapting the knowledge of the employees of the Romanian organisations to the labour market requirements and changes in the economic environment. Through the general and specific objectives, the project contributes to the achievement of the major objective of,POCU 2014-2020, which aims to develop human resources by increasing access to a quality education and training system.     Améliorer le niveau de connaissances et de compétences des employés des entreprises roumaines dans les régions moins développées ayant un faible niveau de qualification, pendant plus de 40 ans dans les zones rurales défavorisées, en participant à des programmes de FPC adaptés aux exigences du marché du travail roumain et de l’UE et en promouvant des parcours d’apprentissage flexibles, y compris au moyen d’orientations professionnelles Accroître le niveau de compétence des employés des entreprises roumaines grâce à l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie, à l’accès à l’éducation et à la formation continue et à la participation à l’éducation et à la formation continues pour les personnes de toutes les catégories sociales et d’âge, ces objectifs étant également les principaux objectifs du POCU qui se traduit par un capital humain plus efficace et mieux formé en Roumanie.
