Projekt zostanie zrealizowany na terenie miejscowości Gąsawa na terenie działki nr ewid. 155/4 obręb i gmin a Gąsawa. Teren działki znajduje się w granicach strefy „B” i „W” ochrony konserwatorskiej i archeologicznej wyznaczonej dla zespołu zabytkowej zabudowy wiejskiej. Budynek przedszkola (dawniej szkoły ewangelickiej) ujęty jest w ewidencji zabytków woj. kujawsko -pomorskiego. Przedszkole Samorządowe w Gąsawie oferuje 9 5 miejsc. Obecna powierzchnia jest już w całości wykorzystywana na potrzeby opieki nad dziećmi. Dla zwięks zenia liczby miejsc w przedszkolu konieczna jest rozbudowa budynku i zwiększenie powierzchni przeznaczon ej pod dydaktykę oraz pomieszczeń pomocniczych. Dodatkowo istniejące pomieszczenia nie są w pełni dost osowane do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami, a jedna z sal dydaktycznych zlokalizowana jest na pięt rze budynku (w przypadku konieczności ewakuacji dzieci i opiekunowie mają do pokonania długą drogę ewak uacyjną prowadzącą po schodach). Głównym celem przedmiotowego projektu jest poprawa dostępu do usłu g edukacyjnych w zakresie wychowania przedszkolnego. Cel ten, w ramach przedmiotowego projektu, zosta nie osiągnięty poprzez modernizację budynku przedszkola wraz z rozbudową o nowe pomieszczenia na cele edukacyjne. Dodatkowo w ramach projektu zostaną zakupione elementy wyposażenia co pozwoli na podnie sienie jakości świadczonych usług. Cel główny (szczegółowy) powiązany jest z celami pośrednimi wynikający mi m.in. z analizy potrzeb środowiska społeczno-gospodarczego. The project will be carried out in the area of Gąsawa in the area of plot no. 155/4 of the districts and municipalities and Gąsawa. The area of the plot is located within the zone “B” and “W” of conservation and archaeological protection designated for the complex of historic rural buildings. The building of the kindergarten (formerly evangelical school) is included in the records of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. Local government kindergarten in Gąsaw offers 9,5 seats. The current area is already fully used for childcare. In order to increase the number of places in kindergarten, it is necessary to expand the building and increase the area for teaching and auxiliary rooms. In addition, the existing rooms are not fully accessible to the needs of children with disabilities, and one of the teaching rooms is located on the heels of the building (in case of evacuation, children and carers have a long evacuation route leading up the stairs). The main objective of this project is to improve access to educational services in the field of pre-school education. This objective, as part of this project, will not be achieved by modernising the kindergarten building with the extension of new facilities for educational purposes. In addition, elements of equipment will be purchased as part of the project, which will allow to raise the quality of the services provided. The main (detailed) objective is linked to indirect objectives resulting, among others, from the analysis of the needs of the socio-economic environment. Le projet sera réalisé à Gąsawa dans la zone de la parcelle no ewid. 155/4 zone et municipalités et Gąsawa. La parcelle est située dans les limites des zones «B» et «W» de conservation et de protection archéologique désignée pour le complexe de bâtiments ruraux historiques. Le bâtiment de la maternelle (anciennement école évangélique) est inscrit dans le registre des monuments de la voïvodie de Kujawsko-Pomorskie. Le jardin d’enfants du gouvernement local à Gąsawa offre 9 5 places. La zone actuelle est déjà entièrement utilisée pour la garde d’enfants. Afin d’augmenter le nombre de places dans la maternelle, il est nécessaire d’agrandir le bâtiment et d’augmenter l’espace alloué à l’enseignement et aux locaux auxiliaires. En outre, les chambres existantes ne sont pas entièrement accessibles aux besoins des enfants handicapés, et l’une des salles d’enseignement est située sur les talons du bâtiment (en cas de besoin d’évacuer les enfants et les aidants ont un long trajet menant à l’escalier). L’objectif principal de ce projet est d’améliorer l’accès aux services éducatifs dans l’enseignement préscolaire. Cet objectif, dans le cadre de ce projet, n’a pas été atteint par la modernisation du bâtiment de la maternelle et l’extension de nouveaux établissements d’enseignement. En outre, dans le cadre du projet, des équipements seront achetés, ce qui permettra d’améliorer la qualité des services fournis. L’objectif principal (détaillé) est lié aux objectifs intermédiaires résultant, entre autres, de l’analyse des besoins de l’environnement socio-économique.
